They lost my drone and no one will call me back
I was told that they do not know where my drone is that I sent in for repair. Now that we are over a month in, no one will call me or email me back. This is going to get filed in small claims court next week unless I can get someone to help me here. This operation is clearly not in the business of helping the customer.

Switched to worse for more $ after 5 weeks
Same old story. Sent in a limited edition attic white I crashed damaging the base plate. After like 3.5 weeks the tell me they can't get parts for av Artic white. Strange....the bases are the same for all 3 mavic pros. Sothey offer me a "brand new mavic" We all know "Brand new" mfgr pack. I rcvd a refurbished with a clome batt. Obvious dent on nose. Keep in mind....I sent them $430 plus Mny arctic white drone....I got a refutRrb / a clone batt and controller. I sent them emails today so I'll give them a chance to do right here. Mistakes happen.. so I'll give them the option to do right here. Lbatting and a zip locked

Did a great job repairing my DJI MINI3…
Did a great job repairing my DJI MINI3 PRO..Came back looking like new, no tool marks or anything. They reset the computers and everything so I had to re-register and ad my profile. My drone crashed into a tree and broke the gimble tried to repair it myself but wasted money and time and still didnt get it fixed, so sent it to these professionals at DDS and im very happy.. I'm ready for the snow now so I can take some great cinematic shots at the park. Enjoy the new year everyone.

DJI ,Never Again
Sent my drone to the Netherlands for repair, it was delivered on the Friday but went missing until the Monday.It was sent because a screw head broke off while tryingbto replace a propeller.There was no other issues.Once the report came through it had a camera gimble malfunction, ecu malfunction, and physical damage to one of the legs.I ended up paying €65 for i dont really know what as they admitted the malfunctions.As a gesture of good will they did replace it with a new drone after several emails.It took almost a week for my drone to be returned but there was no extras not even propellers.So basically a one screw repairment took about 1 month, unexplained damage to my drone on arrival at the factory, €65 and not even a replacement proppeller set.Although the communications were good on the whole it was a nightmare situation as they have your drone and you feel like your being blackmailed.Afraid to say i would advise against DJI and i wont be buying anything of theirs again unfortunately they let themselves down

I sent my dpi mini 3 pro a month ago to be repaired because it gave me a gimbal stuck error. I was charged $60 to repair the drone, but it came back to me with an aggravated issue, the gimbal this time wouldn't even calibrate, while it did before sending it to DJI repair service. I contacted them again and they told me to send it back to them and that this time I wasn't going to be charged. After going back and forth with them several times (both by emails and phone) they diagnosed the same issue the drone had before (what a surprise!) and they offered me a $30 discount to repair it. This is the worst customer service I encountered in my life, they don't know what they are doing and the don't care about their customers. A nightmare.

Kudos Steve and DJI Drone Service
Steve was extremely responsive in helping us troubleshoot stubborn registration of a new replacement Phantom 4 Pro V2. Appeared that DJI’s servers were either down or otherwise unresponsive one evening, causing the Go4.0 App to repeatedly freeze after hitting “Activate”. Kudos Steve & DJI Drone Service!

Their customer service is extremely rude, I have my drone held by them, and they are holding the drone for a month and not shipping it back to me, every time I call them they just rudely hang up my phone and not giving any plan, I have never seen this kind of service in my life, if you want to LOST your drone, go with this service!

Great drones but most of all reliable after service
Been using DJI drones since 2015. Ive crashed two drones in this time, one in 2017 and one recently. Their repair service is top notch, in fact i would dare say that on top of the obvious technologic advantage DJI has over competitors, their excellent after-sale service is what makes me trust to stick with them. Having a crashed drone is a scary experience of your investment (especially now with the Mavic 3 being quite pricey) and because of there fast response with picking up the broken drone, analyzing it an replacing it, much of that anxiety is no more. I will stick with DJI no matter what others say.

I was about to order the new Mavic 3 only to realise that the Mavic 3 isn’t compatible with the original Smart Controller.DJI this is so unfair What do all the thousands of consumers do with there original Smart controller.? They replaced two motors & arms on my Mavic Pro, only to install the original damaged props. Come on guys, who does that? Replace the props. When I emailed them about this, they never responded. Definitely a once & done kind or merchant with no customer service of any kind. They take your money & run. Find someone else if you want the repair done right.

I think I was "taken".
Sent my Mini 2 in for repair with damaged gimbal. They called and said it needed not only the gimbal but the camera (which was working fine along with all flight control - I just couldn't control the camera tilt, etc.) $268! (which was more than the price listed on the DJI website for the same service). Then they called back again and said they also needed to replace the control board - another $100! So they proposed a new drone instead for another $71; again, more than the DJI listed price. They sent me the "new" drone, but it wasn't new (no stickers, no activation required) and it didn't work - major problem with the gimbal drive buzzing and overloading and the video image wavered like the landscape was doing the hula. Returned again after finally getting ahold of someone (a week later) and this time did get a new drone, though they were not prompt. Overall, I think I was "taken" and will not deal with them again. They did pay for shipping both ways, though, both times. They do not respond to emails or voicemails; you have to catch them "live". Just keep trying.

Literally the worst. They sent me a defective item and promised an exchange if I sent it back. I had to pay the shipping even though they messed up. After that, I NEVER got any confirmation. I called several times and never could get through. Finally, I got a hold of them and they said they issued a refund. I never got a refund. And I couldn’t get an exchange, and they wouldn’t refund my shipping cost either. Don’t buy from them. Absolutely the worst. I have never felt so screwed from a business. I was left with no refund, no drone, and I was down $15 for the shipping fee to return my broken item.

Paid for repair that wasn't done.
Purchased a Mavic Air 2 in January took it out for a brief maiden flight & it crashed into my house after pressing the RTH button. All four propellers were damaged & one motor. Mailed the drone to DJI & was given a quote of $96 to repair after their damage assessment. I sent payment which was acknowledged & it was shipped back to me without being fixed. That being said, I did receive four new propellers but the damages motor was not replaced. Furthermore, I packaged the drone with the gimbal cover & it was returned without it. I contacted DJI support again & had to open up another case. I sent the drone back again & was given the same exact damage report/quote as the first case. I've been communicating via chat/email with an employee in the support dept who stated to disregard the most recent quote and wait for an updated one from the repair team after evaluating the first case. It was quite obvious that a test flight was never performed since the drone was shipped back & not functional.As of this writing, DJI still has my drone and my money. Hoping it gets resolved correctly this time. I will update once the case (hopefully) gets resolved.Update 3/5/21. To my surprise, Dji ended up sending me a brand new replacement drone as opposed to repairing the one I had to send back in a second time.
