When using the online ordering website, I went into a technical problem and therefore had to call and speak to a representative. The representative was extremely helpful, understood the problem and was able to complete the order for me online. Her help was very much appreciated.

The best part about their products is "I can trust Dr. Don Colbert" who has studied the uses of the supplements I use! Im 69 years old and if it wasn't for his advice through books I have read, like "The Keto Zone Diet", and "Hormone Health Zone", and "Brain Health"and my following his advice, first through experimenting in 2018, and then trusting his advice, I would be dead from heart attacks by now!!
I wanted more like collagen to high priced. Mct oil is high too.Dorothy was amazing. Did get mct oil. For elderly it is hard with high prices.
When shipping a incomplete order please mark this on your invoice that the items will be delayed
These people take their time doing anything. Once you place an order I don’t care what service you select to be delivered, because it will take them over a week just to process your order

Never received a confirmation for my order and was never emailed about a delay in shipping by a month. Left a message at this number 407-732-6952, for someone to call me back, no response.Canceled my order, if a refund is not received in the next week I will contact the Better Business Bureau!
