Then, their customer support people become awfully rude and disrespectful. I felt horrible even to try to talk to them sensibly. They didn't care after they knew that I had signed up!

These people claim to be "experts" in event promotion. It is a lie. These people fake everything and then demand a ridiculous amount of money. I was once naive enough to trust them, but I will not repeat that terrible mistake. I suggest you beware too and avoid them althogether.

Trusting the staff and managers was the biggest mistake our team has ever made! Our event was ruined but had to pay charges on top of their overpriced fee! They were even rude to us!! I wish no one would ever trust this horrible company!!

All event organizers, beware! These people are the worst. They claim they can help you hype up your event and increase engagement. Well, they lie blatantly and have terrible reach. My advice would be to avoid their calls and never let them promote your events! They don't do anythong substantial and take your money!

From the outset, it became evident that the supervisor overseeing my account was not only mean-spirited but also astonishing adverse to addressing customer concerns. Any attempt to seek clarification or assistance was met with dismissive responses and an overall lack of professionalism. The mean-spirited attitude seemed to permeate the entire customer service experience, making what should have been a straight forward interaction needlessly frustrating. It's disheartening when a company's representatives, especially at the supervisory level, fail to comprehend the importance of respectful communication and problem resolution.

I was ignored multiple times!
I had an event that I wanted to promote on their page and I questioned about how to do so, but no one responded every time! I even called their supervisor personally because I suspected their page was no longer operational, but I was also ignored! As a client who used to like their online platform, I am now greatly disappointed. Any customer should never overlooked by a company.

These people are the worst. They are terrible and 100% fake. They lied about promoting an event I was responsible for and promised all sorts of things. none of them became a reality as they didn't stick to their words. They can also be rude and disrespectful when you take the mask off their faces and ask them to be honest about what they promised and what they did.
