Overall, it is fairly simple to put together your order. There are a couple of parts that aren't super easy to navigate; like getting to the online designer. And some of the product descriptions; notably around cd sleeves; weren't as informative as I would have liked. I ended up with exactly what I wanted but it just wasn't as smooth as it could have been.

Having never done this before, the staff was great in guiding me through the process. Also the turnaround time was much quicker than I would have imagined.

Disc Makers got me my CDs within time for an event, but the booklet inside was all mixed up. I think anyone who had looked at it would tell it wasn't right. The good news was that Disc Makers is resending me the correct CDs, so that is great.

CD's looked and sounded great, however there were a couple issues. 1. First issue was not really an issue this time but could have been. 115 CDs were for Chuck Cox in Chicago. 185 CDs were to ship to me in Kentucky but they got switched and sent the opposite way. Chuck received 185 and I received 115. The package labels were on the wrong boxes.2. Second is issue was minor but an annoyance for me. On the front cover on the bottom right hand side there is a half inch long white portion from the back side being visible, where the front folds over. I have been using a black sharpie to make it not so noticeable. I hope it can be fixed on future orders.But overall it all looks and sounds great. Thank you Anthony Miller
I've been using Disc Makers for some time now. Each time I start a project regardless if I'm working with a live person, or simply working directly online. I find it easy to get my work and, thoughts added to the project at hand. Because Disc Makers has years of experience, they know what questions to ask, as well as returning a professional answer that lay people can understand. The sound lab engineers who work with you on your final master are worth their weight in gold. They never suggests, but listen very closely to what might be bothering you about your recording. They then make adjustments from your input to make your track sound its best.

My audio files - some had noise in the mix. I was hoping to at least get a balanced set of songs. I asked if they could make it to benefit a listener and the songs needed re-mastering. So I was pleased when you listen to the songs now and then defects are minimal. Thanks for improving the tracks and for the USB card option for younger people and their cellphones.
