I love the ease of participating in the challenges. They make it where anybody, even someone who cannot afford to become a patron, to participate.I love the variety of products available. There are many different styles of design available.I love the generously low price for what they offer for the people who can afford to become a patron.I enjoy the types of challenges they provide it is a very nice variety and they have a very welcoming atmosphere.
My subscription had a renewal problem when my Credit Card number no longer was valid. I did not see the original email to me so my update of the card info much later, while accepted, did not allow my subscription to continue. I contacted support with the details and all was fixed as I wanted in a few days.
Beautiful elements, just started but so far so good.
I had initially canceled, only to find out there was an option to pause my subscription. I wish there were an immediate option to do this on the website instead of finding out through email. Additionally, the pause option has to be renewed via email, which means interacting with customer service again in 3 months.

They have so many creative artists. I especially like that I can get individual elements instead of having to get the whole kit or bundle. Selections are endless. Easy to find what I'm looking for but deciding which one well, I just come back later and get it.

In the past, about 12 years ago, i made several beautiful digital photoalbums using stuff downloaded from your site. Then i suffered for a very long time of ptss. I am 70 yrs old now, and feeling better bij each month that goes by 1 want to pick up this cherished hobby again. So, that's why i returned to tour site. You have the most beautiful items for download.
If you don't want to spend the money for a subscription, you get five free downloads per day. If you do want to get the subscription, it's completely worth it. The selection of papers, backgrounds, and embellishments is wonderful. Also, not having to save your downloads due to getting unlimited downloads is great. There are two reasons why I gave four instead of five stars. They don't, of course, have everything I'm looking for and their searches aren't super accurate. I can put in keywords and the search will return things that aren't relevant. The second reason is because a lot of the embellishments are more clipart than pictures. I like to use a lot of pictures to make my pages look as real as possible. I have to go to other sites often to find what I'm looking for. But digitalscrapbook.com has enough of what I do use to make a subscription more than worth what I pay.
