Very poor recruitment experience – no feedback or communication
I applied for a role with Digital Futures over a month ago, completed a video interview, and attended the assessment center. Since then, I have heard nothing - no feedback, no update, no communication at all.For a company that claims to provide a "smooth and transparent hiring process," this was far from it. After investing time and effort, the lack of response feels unprofessional and dismissive.Candidates deserve at least a basic level of courtesy - if you're not progressing someone, just let them know.

Very poor experience in recruitment for a role.Applied over a month ago, chasing up progress with a director but no replies, two interviews with long time gaps between, again chasing up progress, no replies.Got a reply from a director after a month saying a another candidate chosen.Not a transparent and professional process. They made a reference to the following:'We are committed to a smooth and transparent hiring process, and we will keep you informed at each stage.'This is so not true.An unprofessional experience.Remember I am a person, not a bot or a number. There a feelings and emotions involved here. Dont treat people like this. The world would be a much better place if there is more honesty and passion.

No transparency and False impressions
At the beginning they said they will help everyone and understand that people learn at different speed. During the course they fired me for underperforming on in one piece of homework in AWS and the course was data engineering and they refused to give more time to improve. They spent most of the time focussing in getting solution architect certificate rather than data engineering concept.

ProsGood learning and professional skill departmentCons- The tech stack taught sometimes does not match the client requirements, which could require further upskilling for the role - 3 months of notice - unpaid training period unlike other paying firms fdm, kubrick, sparta global - long waiting periods to be placed - less client partnerships - low placement rates - I understand that hiring a candidate from FDM or Sparta Global may be less expensive to clients than df candidates. - Few client partners hit by recent recession and cost of living crisis. - Undefined bench period with no proper rules and strategy - Many quit employment to participate in the full time training with no pay but still were not placed ever. - During bench period there will be one chance to pass an interview if failed then employment contract may be terminatedAdvice to Management- Make placements tenure to be 2 years - Honor 2 year contract tenure

Racist company to black race.
My goodness this company is low key racist to black race. I emailed them after I did not hear anything about screening interview outcome they said I made it to final stage of interview found that an email was send but I did not receive it, so they said the email will be send again so I can book the stage final interview. I got the email and it says you made it to next round, I click the link and on the 4th of December 2023I book my interview for the 8th of December 2023 at 16:30pm. I was preparing for my interview, on the 8th of December the day of my interview I got a cancellation meeting email from this company at 15:54pm that the interview meeting Is cancelled, there was no explanation to why. I waited until 11 of December 2023 I emailed for an update as I did not hear from them, then they send me an email saying my application was unsuccessful. I emailed back saying not only they cancelled the interview meeting without notice but they also did decide my application was unsuccessful without giving me a chance to attend the interview. If you are a black race please stay away from this racist company, if they can treat me like this, working for them will be a nightmare. This is clear that company like this do not want black race and only favours non black race. Racist never ended. After I send them an email saying they were racist, a guy from the company decided to call,on the phone was so rude and racist. So you lots could not call all this time or even explain why an interview was canceled when it was canceled. If I had not reach out, they would not have have given me any information about my application. Racist company
