I purchased one of the one of Digital Anarchy's software plugin's despite having little knowledge of how to use it. I called for assistance and reached George who requested that I send a sample video. He was absolutely helpful and clearly devoted significant time to finding a solution. I am extremely grateful and would recommend the company without hesitation.
I purchased this software expecting teeth whitening functionality, which apparently isn't included yet - something that wasn't clear from the product description. The flagship "shine removal" feature is disappointingly slow, failing to render in real-time or even at reasonable speeds on my RTX 4090. Additionally, the masking tool has consistent bugs when used with DaVinci Resolve. While the software may offer some benefits, its current performance issues and missing features don't justify the $200 price tag.
Normally when you buy software online, it's available to download straight away. I purchased Flicker Free, which was over £100, but I recieved no email confirmation, no serial number, no invoice. I sent several emails and they eventually sent me the info, which was too late for my deadline. Great software, but if you're in the UK be aware it's not an instant download.
