Great service
I never imagined I would be designing a website and the thought of it terrified me. Bruce and his team of experts were so helpful and supportive it made the whole process feel almost easy. They were thorough, creative and so professional. Thank you Design Orient Agency for making this a reality!!

I am grateful for the work that Bruce has done for me. I was very novice to an e-commerce business and Bruce was not at all unhelpful he was very helpful and he stood by me regardless of how often I called him all the way until the end . All hours of the night he was committed to my satisfaction with anything I found wrong. He would assure me it would be fine and the next day , everything always was. He is great! Bruce and the entire team are leaders in the web development and design. Thanks again.

I give five stars and shout out to Alvin, Daniel and Bruce! Once these guys took over, it was all smooth sailing..Here's my story before the guys mentioned above..Built a website for a legal service. Started either April or May 2025. A little rough at first but if you are detailed in what you want and your vision and are able to explain it, they can make it happen. Also the costs aren't bad for a developer site. You may get hit with a few different fees for services that you didnt know you should have at first, so its good to ask what All you need so that you can be prepared.. but even with that, the prices aren't bad. My advice is to check every nook cranny and link to ensure everything is to your standards. It took from april/may 2025 - January 2026 to be fully complete but I'd say that could be due to certain employees who are no longer there. I give a 5 star rating because my site is even better than what envisioned and it was well worth the wait and time. My key power players were Alvin, Bruce and Daniel. Once these guys got on the project it was no stopping them..id definitely use this company againIf these guys are on my team! 5star ratings guys!! *****

Amazing company and Team’
Alan and the team have been amazing to work with. I had no idea how to explain my vision or what I wanted the website to look like. Alan asked me a few questions and I gave him some example websites of companies that do similar things to my company to get an idea of what the format should look like. They completely captured what I wanted and even things I didn’t know I needed. I would recommend them to anyone who needs web development and branding help. They were amazing to work with and made this project so easy for me.

⭐ Great Support and a Successful Final Result
Working with the Design Orient Agency team was not easy for me at first, as English is not my first language and I had no experience with website design. Because of this, there were some misunderstandings along the way.Once Myer personally started handling the project and I explained my situation, everything changed. He worked very hard and, within just two days, fixed all the issues, made my website fully functional, and easy for customers to use.I am very happy and satisfied with the result. I am in the process of building my website, which is not simply digitizing the content with an overload of impressive images, but a thoughtful collection of experiences. Working with Design Orient Agency has been very good lately. Initial ideation, discussions, and design were a bit slow, but I may take some of the blame. I am happy with the recent progress that we are making, and I will continue to take their service.

This is a terrible company to work…
This is a terrible company to work with. High turn over rate of employees, I've worked with 3 different groups of people over the course of 5 months. Quality of work is poor as well. They built us such a slow website that also doesn't have all the functionallity that was promised to us.

Excellent design work!
There is no one more tech disadvantaged than myself and I have trust issues, and my website is extreme in its complexity. Alan won me over by not having to repeat myself on the intricacies of my unique website and has cemented himself as my "go-to guy" for this industry. Disappointed
Things went ok with the website or so I thought. I signed off on the website initially but the next day I noticed a typo and they refused to fix it unless I paid! Then I discovered my email on the site wasn't set up. I didn't know to check this as I've never had a website developed before and didn't think to check to see if appointments on my site would work. Very disappointed in the fact they wouldn't fix these things that were supposed to have been done.
