I love the packaging. Customer service was great. I should've reached out sooner than later for advice and I feel I would absolutely love my creation had I done that. However, "Ambience" is still the best tasting whiskey blend I have been able to drink straight, which is what I was looking for. Next order I am going to reverse the formula to have that "even more smoother taste and mouth feel"

This was a wonderful gift. We spent a romantic evening creating our custom blend and label. The bottle revivesReceived was beautiful!! Neither if us enjoyed the rye included and knew that going in. I'd recommend having other options to blend. But it was wonderful nonetheless.
This is the perfect gift for your new spouse. My future husband loves bourbon and being able to mix and create a personal label made it more personal. The process was super easy and the shipping was fast. The wrapping is beyond what I was expecting. I didn't even open it fully because I feel that the experience of opening it, is one in itself. I can't wait to give this to him on our wedding day.
