They have a fragrance for just about everything. The ones I have bought so far smell just as described. Their scents last all day without being overpowering. Their lotion and body oil soak in so quickly you can get dressed immediately after applying. There is no greasy feeling. I can't wait to try more scents.
I did not bought the perfume directly from their website, but came across their brand at a local parfumerie in my hometown and purchased 'Haunted Souls''. It is the best scent I ever gotten and after exploring their store online I noticed you could also layered scent and custom everything in terms of aroma/base etc.. It may not seem revolutionary at first, but it is a nice personnal touch to be able to have a unique sent in a world full of MA Daisy, Opium and of #5.I bet you will find your scent if you take the time to browse their enormous variety of scents they make. (Hell, you can smell like Play-Doh and Funeral home if you wish, the potential is infinite).
4.5 stars... 20 days to ship to Toronto! No tracking updates throughout the whole process. The ONLY 2 notifications I got were from UPS on the day of delivery saying it was on the truck, and then delivered a few hours later. Minus half a star for that. Otherwise everything was well packaged and secure, and I'm happy with everything I got.
Super unresponsive. Shipping delays really outside the parameters of anything related to the pandemic. FedEx has been shipping with no, or minimal interference, for every other retailer, so blaming the crazy long delays on FedEx is clearly using covid as an excuse for poor business practices. It took us 10 weeks+ to receive our last shipment, six weeks plus for the one before that. We continue to do business with them, because we haven't found any other company that makes the particular scents that we use. But when we do, we will happily give up on demeter.
Waited on my order for three weeks - there were no updates beyond the original order confirmation email. I reached out to customer support twice and after my second attempt, got a FedEx notification that a shipping label had been created. I understand the pandemic is causing delays in shipping, but what I'm frustrated with is the lack of communication and updates. Even a brief "Your order is still processing" message would have gone a long way.
Love their perfumes so much.
