Horrible experienceI made 6 orders yesterday (for different client’s gift) then I found that as UK delivery to EU will have tax i contacted them by email( because there is no phone) immediately asking cancel the orders then remake them sending first to me to deal with tax thing. Then they try to win time firstly offering me that change dirección to all orders with make nonsense as all the orders have a 20euros delivery fee x 6 orders. I can pay once if I change to one direction.Then they replied again when the orders have been shipped silently “if they should cancel them”3 times playing as a fool to win time to not cancel the ordersNever come back again because you have no sense of dealing anything
