Amazing Customer Service and Great Agents
The whole team at David Cosby were brilliant in helping us to sell our shop/flat in Daventry but a special shout out goes to Natasha who was awesome. Without her tenacity and determination in dealing with the buyers agents and solicitors I'm not sure we'd have got the sale completed. She was always there, always chasing, incredibly communicative and although the sale dragged on (no fault of David Cosby) we were never in any doubt that she'd get the job done.Thank you.

I wouldn't use anyone else in the Northamptonshire area
This is the third time I have engaged David Cosby Surveyors and Estate Agents. This time for sale of my late Parents bungalow which has been in our family for many years. The whole team are highly professional, efficient (thanks Sadie) and provide a very kind (thanks Gareth) bespoke service. The levels of communication and first class 'chivvying' along conducted by Natasha made the conveyancing chain efficient and stress free for all parties... and only 1%!!!!

Fantastic Estate Agents
I have used many local estate agents to move over the years, but was fortunate to be able to deal with David Cosby for the purchase of my home this year, and they are by far the best estate agent i have dealt with. From dealing with the purchase to the communication throughout the process by Natasha was fantastic. Would highly recommend and would use in future. Great team.

We had the pleasure of purchasing our lovely new home through David Cosby CS&EA, which was a fabulous experience despite not being the "fee paying" part of the transaction for them! Gareth Powell was excellent for the initial part of our purchase, excellent detail in the viewing, answered all questions we had and any that he didn't know the answer to, he went and found the answer and came back to us very quickly. Even down to recommending next steps for us based on our own situation and giving us some information that would help us secure the property.At this point we were largely handed over to Natasha following our offer being accepted, who I can only describe as superwoman for us. Not only did she act as the intermediary between solicitors for our purchase but went far above and beyond by getting involved with our sale as well, trying to push things along and keep the chain moving when our own estate agent seemed totally un-motivated to do so. We reached the point where I would speak to Natasha for updates or further information/advice instead of our own estate agent as we knew where progress would be made! Natasha didn't have to do this, this should have been the responsibility of our estate agent, but to ensure the best service for her clients and for us as the purchasers, she did it anyway.I can't thank Gareth and Natasha enough, our family are now in our fantastic new home in our lovely village location that we had been searching for. Their communication was fabulous, we felt valued and more than just another property transaction to them, we felt like they both actually cared.So thank you both! If we look to move at any time in the future, we know who we will be reaching out to for selling this house.

Brilliant!! Really friendly team and they go the extra mile for advertising your property. The pictures taken on my property were great! Really took their time to ensure every picture was great. Along with the 3D walk round and the description of the property was unique and not generic. The people are knowledgeable, friendly and professional and I would highly recommend. Louise.W

Outstanding service & support

David Cosby Estate Agents epitomise professionalism: integrity, reliability and commitment delivered with confidence, courtesy and care. The photographs and 3D scans of our Mum’s property were top quality. Every step was communicated clearly and attention to detail applied, with regular updates provided. Brilliant Agents and would highly recommend
It's difficult to know where to start as everyone I dealt with were brilliant, particularly Natasha who went over and above to help both me and my buyer get everything done. They even charged only 1% against all other agents I contacted, who charged more. I would highly recommend David Cosby Estate Agents. You will not be disappointed.

My boyfriend and I bought our first home through David Cosby Estate Agents and Surveyors. To say they were great would be an understatement, they were absolutely fantastic! They were supportive, patient, flexible, and maintained communication throughout and held our hands every step of the way. I simply cannot fault them. We love our new home, thank you! The Best You’ll Get….
I have just completed on my sale using this company and it is my absolute pleasure to leave them this review.I first met Natasha when she showed me around a property and from this I swapped estate agents. I am so glad I did - from start to finish this company were an absolute delight to work with. Gareth did his utmost to sell our property and gave feedback (when possible) after every viewing. David took fabulous photographs and was a pleasure to deal with especially compared to other agents I had used.Natasha was incredible- she dealt with everything after the offer on our property had been made. She chased solicitors up and down the chain, she kept us informed at every stage and I seriously could not have asked for more.This company care and it shows at every stage of the process. I therefore cannot recommend this company enough and I can only thank them for everything they did to get the sale and then onward to completion. Thank you

I have worked with David Cosby for a number of years. Natasha, David, Rachel and Virginia are extremely professional, efficient and thorough in their work. The depth of knowledge they are able to share is is so helpful when you are buying/selling a property. As a firm they value you as a client and this is clear through the level of service they offer. They were dedicated and proactive and I was kept updated through out the selling and rental process. I cannot recommend them enough.

This truly is a first class estate agent. David and the team could not have been more helpful throughout the entire process. Natasha went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly, chasing up everyone’s solicitors to make sure everything happened in a timely manner. The team were also brilliant at keeping us in the loop and ironed out any problems as they arose. I cannot recommend David Cosby highly enough - a totally professional and reliable service second to none.
