The database company is doing great by providing great and wonderful service. The connection experience is also good. Thanks
amazing provider
fast, easy to use, no issues at all
I’ve been using Database Mart VPS for my web and streaming-related projects, and so far the experience has been positive. The server performance is stable, and the pricing is very competitive compared to other providers I’ve tried.Setup was straightforward, and the control panel is easy to manage. I also appreciate the flexibility to rebuild the server and adjust resources when needed. For budget-friendly VPS hosting with reliable uptime, Database Mart has been a solid choice for my needs.
Very good VPS experience and fits my needs as a champ.
The service is great, the servers are stable and there's a good discount for the second purchase.
very slow connection and performance is not as expected
Great service n good price.

Excellent, stable service with support for issues. Good pricing and product catalog. I manage multiple workloads without any problems.
It is very good.
DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIMEI honestly refuse to accept this as an excuse. You guys promise good services and then you entrap the customer with your "We don't offer refunds on GPU" servers. As stated in my review, the first VPS that was deployed was slower than a server running on windows XP. It was so laggy that the frustration could not be put into words. Come on!I bought a VPS with a RTX 5090 / 32 Cores / 90GB RAM / 400GB SSD. Come on! Even the P600 with a quarter of these resources worked perfectly with exactly the same program that you guys complained were pulling resources. This was your final excuse when your support team didn't have a fix and it was simply, shove the problem and the losses to the customer, so that you guys won't have to worry about making any refunds. It is a RTX 5090 / 32 Cores / 90GB RAM / 400GB SSD for crying out loud, it can't get any better than this for testing and running programs that would seem impossible with our RAMs or GPU's. I sent your support team screenshots of the same program running over 8 instances at incredible lightening fast speeds on a VPS i got from TensorDock and because of the incompetence of your support team and always scuffling who is responding to my tickets (It's always a different support person answering my tickets each time, even during the same day), it seemed like i was just wasting my time, (which in the end i was) because you guys didn't give me back any of my days. Answer me one question, why is it like clockwork, the VPS ran for about 5 days plus each time and then becomes inaccessible. I even ran it using only 49 - 53% of the CPU and VPS. If a RTX 5090 / 32 Cores / 90GB RAM / 400GB SSD cannot handle a steady load of 50% at running temps of about 40+ degrees, then i don't know why its the best in the market. I ran the one from TensorDock for 24 days non stop at 70% usage and you tell me that i am using up resources. You were all so happy to cancel my service when i asked that you cancel it out of frustration, even with over 75 days still on my account, after you guys had used my account as a lab rat to assess your server providers. That's over $ 1000 down the drain.Buy from Database Mart at your own risk, but i will hope anybody will to spend money there does not buy a longterm service before testing it with a months subscription, because they will offer you longterm for cheaper prices which is very tempting, but nothing good comes cheap!Buy at your own risk, or buy if your project is not resource intensive. For resource intensive servers, go with TensorDock. As expected, on the 18th of February my Database Mart 5090 GPU VPS has gone offline again and i am unable to login. That is another 3 days wasted.I would not advise anyone to buy this product at this time. I paid over $ 1000 and this would mean that all the work that i have been trying to get done for another 3 days after their fix is going to wipe when the GPU comes back online. My full review is below this. You can buy at your own discretion.I ordered the Lite Dedicated GPU Server - P600 a couple of months ago on a 3 month contract and everything worked ok. Now I ordered the Advanced GPU VPS - RTX 5090 (on 29/01/2026) for a 3 month contract paying over $ 1,000 and I have not been able to do any work. I have been using it and like clockwork between 24 to 48 hours, I have to contact support because my VPS is either unresponsive and won't let me log back in or it is basically just offline. Apart from being annoyingly laggy and having a slow responsiveness (this includes using the browser for basic stuff), its just been a down right pathetic experience for a VPS with RTX 5090 / 32 Cores / 90GB RAM / 400GB SSD.It's been 2 weeks and I have not been able to accomplish 1% of the project which I set off on. Their support team has migrated my server several times and they have switched IP's twice and still its the same thing. I have just tried again now (on 15/02/2026) after a fix they put in place yesterday (14/02/2026) to check the progress of my project (which i started on 15/02/2026) and I am getting an error screen message that the 5090 VPS cannot login because it's offline.I would think its a general problem that they are having because even the Professional Plus Windows Desktop VPS (8 Cores / 18GB RAM / 240GB SSD) is laggy and slower than a windows server running on windows XP.I would advise that anyone with time sensitive projects stay away from them till they get a permanent fix, because they also have a non-refund policy after you purchase the any server.I have been using relatively the same GPU Spec which i bought from TensorDock (RTX 5090 / 30 Cores / 96GB RAM / 400GB SSD) for 2 weeks (purchased the same date as the one I got from Database mart) with no complaints so far. It's Super Ultra fast (If there is a word like this) and dependable with zero downtime since deployment.I wouldn't recommend DataBase Mart at all.
Good day team, I am happy to be with you. Unfortunately my server got hacked within the 1st few hours because the instance wasn’t hardened and you do not allow to log in with passwordless private keys. I have asked one of your engineers to have a look at the performance and he actually logged into my server which is a major concern for me. I had to run several hardening scripts to at least try and mitigate the hacking issue. You are welcome to contact me if you are interested in the scripts so you can bake it into your images.
I had a specific need for a remote server and the initial contact with Database Mart was efficient and professional locating me the product I needed to meet my needs and the pricing was clear and easy to follow.I have now been with them 3 months and all has run smoothly and any questions I have had have been answered promptly.Highly recommend for anyone looking for "real" remote servers.
