If I could leave a minus 5 star review
If I could leave a minus 5 star review, I would. I have been searching for a certain teams logo on nice billiards balls for years now, I find them on this website. I immediately order them as a gift for an upcoming birthday and the money was immediately taken out of my bank account, along with an emailed receipt and order confirmation. I download every tracking app that I can find, to see where my birthday present was. Because, there is no information on their website on shipping updates, other than saying they received my order and it's being prepared to ship. For THREE WEEKS. After 29 days, I wake up to an email that was sent to me at 3 am. This email says that they are sorry but they can no longer fulfill my order and never will be able to because the item or out of stock and discontinued. They offer me a different set of balls. Furious now, I tell them absolutely not and to return my money immediately. The next morning I check my account and it did indeed have the return on there, it was pending. So I figured ok, it's going to take until midnight. I check again in the morning. (Now over an entire month with no product or a phone call) when I look at my account, the deposit is no longer there. I call my bank. My bank says that they deposited it, but did not "release" the money. My bank orders me to contact the company to tell them to release the refund. I do. The poor kid on the other line had no idea how to release the refund, let alone, what it meant either. I called my bank back, who then had to file a claim against this company as they covered the refund into my account. I finally got my money back. But this company has some serious internal and communication problems.

Don't Buy- Rip off company
I highly suggest you use another company. I received my pool table cover and the printed logo is poor quality and not lined up correctly. When you put the table cover on it is crooked and does not look good in my game room. I tried to return it and was given the run around although I provided pictures of the poor work. No contact with me and no offers to refund my money. This place is a complete rip off and would rather keep a $100 than offer fair customer service. Stay away!

They increase the price by 20% on the…
They increase the price by 20% on the website and then offer you a 20% discount. My order was like $143 but went down to like $114 with discount but when I received item the regular $114 price tag was still on box. They should have least changed the tag before thinking we're all dumb.
