Quite dissapointed

Quite dissapointed! The product looks way cheaper in real life,the color is not the same ,the feathers are atrocious and I even have to pay for the return of a product that does not meet the expectations ! Do not recommand! It took almost a week for the client service to respond

Love my DaisySilk items

Love my DaisySilk items! Very high quality fabric and construction. Considering the shipment came from so far away, it arrived surprisingly quickly. I am glad tohave discovered DaisySilk. I had to return one item because of fit, and the return experience was painless.

Very disappointing return experience.

Very disappointing return experience.I decided to return the silk pajamas (AUD 400) as the item did not match the photos on the website or my expectations.My return parcel was delivered at their warehouse more than 10 days ago. I intentionally sent it via Express Post to ensure a faster refund process, yet I have received no communication or update since.The lack of response and transparency has been extremely disappointing. This was my first order, and unfortunately, it will likely be my last.

I have been trying for a week and have…

I have been trying for a week and have sent 3 emails to daisysilks trying to get a return label. I am starting to think this company is a scam. Then items I received were sized extremely small ( made for a child) I am 5’7 and 120pd size 2/4. I want to return for full refund. The clock is ticking and company is non responsive!!! Use extreme caution if you choose to order from them as items are not cheap! Thank you for your reply - I was able to get a full refund. I will correct you in that my first email was to you on the 16th. It wasn’t until I noticed others were having a similar issue getting a refund that I used that chat portion in your website. There I was given an address to return items at my expense. I was never given a label. So for these reasons I am not comfortable ordering from you again. Thank you -

The two silk shirts I purchased are…

The two silk shirts I purchased are excellent - BUT, they have an unexpected disadvantage in not having a conventional shirt collar suitable for wearing under a coat. It seems it would be difficult to have them altered for use with a coat.Do you have silk shirts that do have a conventional collar?

TOO SMALL!I ordered silk panties in medium.They are child-size.In American brands medium and small fit me.Very disappointing

Return process is somewhat opaque

The dress arrived and is very pretty and well made. It did not fit. The length was good, but the bust was about 3 sizes too small. I am looking forward to returning the item, but the system has not indicated how I can do that.

THIS WAS A LETTER I WROTE TO DAISY SILK 1/7/2026. IF YOU READ YOU WILL SEE THAT MY ONLY REQUEST WAS MY COMPLAINT LETTER BE ADDRESSED BY PERSON 'UP THE LADDER' OUT OF CUSTOMER SERVICE. MY REQUEST WAS NOT ACCOMMODATED.Purchase DetailsMy husband purchased what appears to be your highest‑end silk comforter, in the $600 range. Unfortunately, he discarded all receipts, so I cannot provide order information. I want to be clear: I am not requesting a refund, replacement, or any compensation. What I am requesting is acknowledgment of a serious quality‑control failure.BackgroundI have extreme skin sensitivity and rely on silk bedding for comfort. I previously owned a 100% silk comforter from LilySilk for ten years, and although it eventually discolored from natural skin oils, I always knew it was new when I received it.Issue FoundWhen I opened and placed your comforter on my bed for the first time, I found five short, curly black hairs on the surface. Some were loose, but others required a slight tug, as if they were embedded in the fabric. Neither my husband nor I have black hair. The first hair I dismissed, but after finding a second, I inspected further and found the rest. This was extremely unsettling.Your Quality‑Control ClaimYour website states the following:“We have implemented comprehensive and stringent quality inspections. Our inspections address fabric flaws, cutting and sewing techniques, as well as design and production errors. Through our rigorous quality checks, we ensure that only flawless products reach our customers.”Based on what I received, this statement was not upheld.Why This Is UnacceptableA comforter advertised as “brand new” should never contain multiple hairs from another person. This is not a minor oversight — it indicates that the product was used, handled improperly, or repackaged, and then sold as new at a premium price point. For a product in the $600 range, this is unacceptable.Message to the FounderI also understand that this company was founded by someone with similar skin sensitivities to my own, which is one of the reasons I trusted your brand. If the founder is still involved in operations, I would appreciate this message being brought to her attention. I cannot imagine that she would approve of a premium‑priced product being sold as “new” when it clearly was not. This is not the standard I expected from a company built on sensitivity, comfort, and trust.This experience has caused me to lose trust in your company. Again, I am not asking for anything in return. I am asking that you take this seriously and review your quality‑control procedures so that no other customer receives a product that is clearly not new.I have photos but don't see place to attach them. ____EDIT: 2/7/2026 DaisySilk co-founder did contact me. He seemed to be genuine in his resolve to educate his quality control people & others involved. Time will tell - hey? But at least DaisySilk did get a person 'higher up the ladder' out of customer service to read & respond to my complaint plus this person did give me a coupon with no 'ask' from me. But us consumers -which we all are, have to be vigilant in holding companies responsible - along with ourselves.________________________________________

Excellent Product and Customer Service

I made a mistake. Well, the Shop app decided to override my new address insisting my delivery should go to the old address. Full of despair that I would never see my pink silk pajamas I took a chance and sent an email to DaisySilk customer support. Wow! They replied immediately and intervened to correct the situation. Even when the Shop App kept telling me my delivery was going to the old address DaisySilk customer support assured me they were coming to the correct address. Every step of the way they were so nice and helpful. Indeed, as promised and right on schedule my "oversized" pajamas arrived. And they are GORGEOUS! I would say they are worth every penny, especially when one factors in the excellent customer service. I have to say, this interaction with DaisySilk has really made me feel hopeful - in this AI world it is still possible to connect with a human and get specialized service. Thank you DaisySilk! Your product is exceptional, only to be outshined by extraordinary customer service.

The packaging is so cute

The packaging is so cute, feels like you could give it as a gift without even thinking twice. The blouse itself fits perfectly, the fabric feels really nice, and the quality is just on point. Definitely going to order again for myself or maybe as a gift for someone else!

Impressive silk dress

I randomly discovered this brand online and was genuinely impressed. The clothing is niche, elegant, and clearly high quality. I purchased a silk dress that fits me perfectly and feels like a truly premium piece.I truly believe that lesser-known brands that genuinely care about quality deserve to be supported and promoted , especially by those who are tired of mass-market fashion. I definitely recommend this brand.

Top quality cashmere.

Top quality cashmere.I originally thought I would order one of DaisySilk's cashmere sweaters. I loved it so much, I ended up buying five of them! I love the soft, luxurious quality of the cashmere. I wear them every opportunity I get - and being in the midst of winter, I've worn them daily! I get lots of compliments, both on the softness of the sweaters and the color. Service is excellent, and efficient. Thank you DaisySilk for making this winter a little more bearable!I bought the sweaters over multiple dates in Dec'25 and Jan'26, but entered the date of my most recent purchase.

I’m absolutely in love with this silk skirt! The fabric feels luxurious and the quality exceeded my expectations. The fit is flattering and true to size, and it looks beautiful when worn.Shipping was very fast, and I was especially impressed with the packaging — elegant and carefully done, which made the whole experience feel premium.I’ve already received several compliments and would definitely recommend this store. Uses cheap elastic!

I emailed customer service at DaisySilk about the elastic in my pyjamas completely loosing its elasticity in less than 6 months. I let them know I have a thin build so waistband wasn’t being over stretched and I washed them gently in cool water and hang to dry. I was hoping this was a faulty pair. They wrote back and said all elastic looses its elasticity in time. I have had cheap pyjamas that never lost their elasticity and certainly not in 4 months. I have purchased 4 pair of their silk pyjamas and am now seeing the second pair loosing its elasticity as well. It is obvious they use a very poor elastic which doesn’t match the lovely silk product. Maybe they should consider a better elastic or a drawstring waist. As much as I loved the pyjamas, especially their oversized fitting design I will find another company for future pyjama orders and other products I was thinking of ordering. Their quality and interest in correcting poor quality is not good.
