CULTURAL CARE TEAM´S ATTENTION
I haven´t started my AuPair journey yet but i must say that the Cultural Care team has been giving me so far a very good and patient attention with all of questions and helping me throughout the entire process. There are still some important steps to take but everything has been pretty good and reliable.

My rematch experience was actually much better than I expected. At first, I was nervous about starting the process again, but it turned out to be a great opportunity for growth and clarity.The platform made it easy to communicate with new families, schedule interviews, and explore different options. I appreciated having the chance to find a family that was a better fit for my personality, expectations, and long-term goals.

Fantastic experience
Hi, my experience with Cultural Care has been incredible! I felt prioritised and important. There was always an agent calling to check on me which was Lisa Andrews who is fantastic. She always answered any questions I had and made me feel at ease. The process went smoothly and didn’t delay at any point. I needed quick help at the DMV
I needed quick help and the DMV. I needed my letter of participation renewed and I thought I needed to go home and do the whole thing another day. But I’m not quick to give up so I called cultural care and they answered within 5 min. I talked to Karen Place and she sent me a now letter within 5 min I was so happy and able to do my driving test that day. I loved how easy it was and how quickly I got helped!

Great au pairs; more proactive communication and strategy needed in current immigration environment
We have had a really positive experience with Cultural Care au pairs and the staff we have interacted with. I am giving a lower rating because I think the agency should do a better job of navigating the visa situation with families and au pairs in terms of proactively reaching out to the Department of State and communicating with au pairs and families about visa denials in this current US immigration environment. Although we have been thrilled with the au pairs we have had, we were disappointed that one of our preferred au pairs was denied a visa twice. It also seems like she is out the visa money and other fees paid to Cultural Care. I believe Cultural Care should refund fees to prospective au pairs if they are denied a visa by no fault of their own. Keep in mind that these fees are quite high for au pairs in some countries. I'd also like to have more information as a parent in terms of % of visa denials and have au pairs start the visa process earlier so families have a bit more runway to figure out childcare if visas are denied. Furthermore, I'd like to hear from Cultural Care how they are handling visa denials and communications with the State Department to ensure that families are able to get au pairs in-country for this important program.

The best agency for you to start a new chapter in your story.
I chose Cultural Care because it is not represented by a separate agency in Brazil. It is the same company in both Brazil and the United States, without intermediaries, which made me feel more secure and confident in the process.I noticed that their support was excellent even before I officially signed with the agency. The number of host families, the practicality of the app, and the 24-hour support were also very important factors for me. I have never had to wait more than an hour to receive a response. Whenever I call them, they are always very polite, attentive, and helpful.Now that I am close to my departure, they send me messages every week, which makes me feel supported and prepared. I also really appreciate the variety of locations available. From my research, they are the only agency that covers all U.S. states and cities, which gives au pairs a wide range of options and experiences.I also really like the activities organized by the LCC. Even before my arrival, she has already shared information about events, trips, and activities that will happen, which makes me feel welcomed and excited.For all these reasons, I chose Cultural Care.
