No customer service
When I called to cancel an order, the customer service call center said they have no way of transferring me to someone who can help, and that all they can do is take my info. What? Then I tried calling 3 different times. Just what I need, more stress around the holidays. First time customer, last time I will do business…

items were delivered, they were expensive, a couple leaked while in transit, the customer service is amazing, they offered refund or replacement, then new replacements were delivered with no issues. they always kept us in the loop with very clear communication.Thanks

Dined here last night and it was fantastic The food was wonderful, however what really impressed me was how nice and helpful the manager, Kayla turned out. They would even call and come to check on us to ensure we were not having fun. Nowadays, it is so unusual to find such a personality touch of human. We were really made welcome!

We thought we were ordering six Cambro serving trays, but only received one. Anastasia in customer service was not only helpful in resolving the discrepancy, but also very empathetic to our situation. Her ability to turn a customer's frustration into satisfaction was remarkable. Highly recommend!

Quality Parts - Quality Customer Service
I placed an order for parts I needed asap for my pizzeria tavern. The parts arrived promptly, but one part was missing.
