Took a chance on Creedmore sports products particularly the bench mount spotting scope stand and the bench head. i tried it out at my first match last weekend, I was impressed, many other shooters asked about that set up, i told them where to find it. the bench head held my Vortex Diamondback HD 20x60x85 with no issues i was able to make all the adjustments I needed, and it held it in positions for the full term of the match. Yeah, I like it!

Part of my Polecat broke, After trying to fix it myself, I called costumer service. They were very very helpful and had me send it in for a free repair. They fixed it and returned it in perfect working condition, but said I broke a part. A week or so later they sent me a new part! What else can one ask for!!

I know if you have something custom-made it takes time but you give a time limit for that item to be made if that limit is exceeded in time the customer needs to be notified most people they get custom-made stuff do events or competitions and it’s kind of sad to have something custom-made for a competition that’s months away and you don’t have the items you want custom-made given somebody $25 for $650 worth of items being made not worth it it’s actually an insult

The product was great but the shipping time and communication was ridiculous! It took 2 months and a week to get them and they over charged for shipping (they used a small flat rate but charged me $18!) . Come communication that it was going to take SO long would have been nice and maybe even a coupon or refund the shipping? It was supposed to ship in 10-14 business days!

These people will jump through hoops of fire for you. Treat them with respect and in return you have found gold. These people have helped me so much when they had nothing to gain from it. To me that's real customer service. I can say Mel , Sam, and Brent have went far out of their way for me. These people are trustworthy and great sense of humor.
