We bought a beautiful craft made fan 4 years ago. The LED panel died and I contacted support to get a replacement part. The told me the model was discontinued and the didn’t have any parts left. So now I have to throw away the fan. Now I asked chat GPT about the problem and the said this is a common problem with craft made. They recommended Hunter, Casablanca, Emerson, and Minka-Aire for long-term parts availability. It’s a shame we didn’t have chat 4 years ago
