Excellent Service, But Important Time Zone Detail Missing
I had an amazing experience with Courtly. The process was smooth, the team was responsive, and the ceremony was beautiful and well organized.However, we were not informed ahead before that the marriage certificate follows Utah, USA time. We just informed right after the ceremony. We booked February 14, 2026 at 10:00 AM (our local time), but in Utah it was still February 13, so our certificate shows February 13, 2026. This detail was not mentioned on the website or by the staff, and it cannot be changed.Overall, excellent service, but clearer communication about time zone differences is very important, especially when the date has special meaning.

The process was very smooth. And the staff were accommodating and quick to assist any concern. On the day of the ceremony, the officiant was very bright and friendly as well. Overall, the online wedding was perfectly handled by the Courtly team.
