A very clear presentation that is well thought out about strengthening core balance. I got a lot of information from the programand guidance to improve this weak point in my health.

Core Balance Training is the real deal

Core Balance Training is the real deal! This program has given me my life back. I was on track for some kind of surgery the way things were going for me, but this carefully organized program put together by Dr. Ryan helped strengthen my core to support my back. Besides helping my back pain, this program has improved my posture and also improved pain I had in my thoracic spine, knees, feet, and shoulders. If you commit to the training everyday and give your body time to strengthen and change, you will be on your way to a new way of life!

This is the missing link!

I am a very physical person. I am a drummer, actor, and Blue Man in Blue Man Group. I started having lower back pain/sciatica about two years ago.I need to fix it. My lively hood depended on it. I have tried multiple PT's, traction, Injections, and they all helped, but nothing seemed to go past a certain point and get to the core of my pain. I was able to do 3-4 min planks and dead bugs with weights and was super strong but was still in constant pain and my body was in locked in protective mode. It wasn't until this program where I finally did less, and began to retrain my body with the 3 back anchors. This was the missing link. I was able to connect to my deep core muscles that had gone dormant and within 1 week I was experiencing less pain and even periods of 0 pain. I had not reached 0 pain ever since this all began. The videos were easy to follow and I sure wish I had found this sooner. SO grateful for this program.

I tried the 7 day free trial in…

I tried the 7 day free trial in desperation mode nothing helped my sciatica pain, it took over my life, I stopped exercising because i dont want the pain to be worse. 7 days include deep breathing into the back and push away sitting and ab to pelvis connection, and let me tell you i was already using these exercises in the past but how he explained using the ab and ribcage down it minimized my pain level in just a couple of days. I used the abd pelvis connection as part of my daily movement with intention it was rough to keep thinking about it in every move but stuck with it and boy now my pain level is at a 2 and feeling the sciatica pain down to 10% throughout the day it was 100% of the time before. Thank you Dr. Pebbles for this program i will finish this programs to get rid of this back issue for good!

I would highly recommend this program …

I would highly recommend this program to anyone with back issues. I was over a decade with chronic back pain. I had been an active person and tried many MANY therapies and programs to get out of pain but it kept coming back. The level of detail and description of correct versus incorrect form when trying out the movements is what allowed me to finally understand what needed to change, and the fact that each exercise is a tiny progression from the one before gave me a chance to really change the way I move and build the strength needed in all those weak unused areas of my body. I had been doing all these exercises before, I’d just been doing them wrong! The fact that when you hit a problem you can write a question and get a detailed, positive response in around 24 hours gave me the support and back up I needed and felt like a very personal training program. I am now out of pain and doing things I had written off as impossible (kayaking, hiking, skiing, dancing). I am stronger than I’ve ever been in my life and I know how to approach physical challenges so I won’t hurt myself again. This program works if you really listen to the instructions and are prepared to go very slow; to start right at the beginning and learn basic movements from scratch with the understanding that something central and subtle needs to connect and slowly get stronger over time with practice. Patience is a Must!

Core Muscles

CBT - Core Balance Training has brought definition to my life. The core muscle training has been, and will continue to be, a lifeline for me. I had no idea what was involved with stomach muscle AND back muscle strengthening. It is awesome and Dr Ryan Peebles is a perfect teacher for this program, because he, a fellow sufferer, built it! Thank you, Dr Ryan 👍🏻

This program was incredibly helpful in getting my back pain under control. I was impressed by Dr. Peebles' explanation of anatomy. I have continued to do the program's exercises as part of a routine to keep my back and SI joints feeling better.

Life-changing!!

I have L4-L5 and L5-S1 disk hernia and have tried all types of exercises, massages, chiropractic work, even personal physical therapy and electotherapy. Maybe it's the place I live, but nothing helped long-term. I simply needed low-intensity consistent work that Dr. Ryan rightly offers and provides. The minute I saw his content was the same minute I was immediately hooked and knew this is the right thing for me. He goes in detail, everything's explained, and most importantly, has even worst problems than most of us. So he understands what people need to relieve their back pain and get back to doing the things they love.Thank you, Dr. Ryan, for creating the CBT program and thank you CBT team for always being there for us.10/10 and immediate relief from day 2!Just remember to follow the program exactly as it's laid out!Good luck and have a pain-free, happy life 💪

A strong core is the foundation for all other functional movements

These classes have been extremely helpful to me as a grandmother, and with my job as a pediatric physical therapist. Because I often need to be able to lift and move quickly, having a strong core is so important. Since the exercises have become a part of my morning routine, I can tell a positive difference in how I feel at the end of the day. I see them as a foundation that I have to lay, before I do any other functional movements during my day.

What I’ve learned from CBT

I learned so much from CBT. Using the three core anchors to support my lumbar spine has been a game changer. Although I still have some SI joint pain on my left side, I believe that it will completely heal if I follow the exercises and advice I’ve learned from Dr. Ryan.

I didn't believe it, and you may not either...

Let me lay some ground-work here: I am 86 y/o, female, retired, PT. I had used ALL of my own PT ''tools'' : heat, cold, ice, positioning, back support, and exercises-for-''fixing''my own back pain. I had also tried every PT, OT, chiropractor and personal trainer exercises I could find (free) on-line, all to no avail. I have SIX different AGE-related spinal problems clearly showing on MRI, any ONE of which could be the source of my back, hip, and leg pain. NOTHING helped. So, I thought I'd try one more PT program, in spite of having to pay for it. To be honest, I was very skeptical that ANYTHING might help, but I was also desperate for something that would ease my pain. I am ''allergic to the word surgery'' :-) so that is why I was still searching. At first glance, CBT seemed way too easy to be of any value. But I HAD to find relief, so I reluctantly tried it.WOW !! after the first week or so, it had actually started decreasing my pain. I will admit that it has not made me pain-free, but it has decreased my pain substantially. As long as I keep using the basic concept of the program (my anchors), I have little or NO pain, except while standing still. I am living proof that the program is well worth the money--I mean think of it--86 y/o; SHOULD have had enough PT knowledge to cure myself, but no; SIX (age-related) problems well-defined on MRI; and yet, I could not find pain relief until I started doing the CBT program. So, my advice is: skip the next 10 lattes, and use that money to cure your back pain--do the CBT program !!

This program is unconventional and makes so much sense. Its not your typical exercises for back pain. Just learning to breathe into my back was wonderful. Thank you for this program.

Try Core Balance Training

I needed a gentle balanced and educational program that I could do at my own pace. The support from CBT is amazing and the live chats allows you to connect with other members. Dr Ryan Peeble is real, he had battled back pain for 10 years so he knows what you are going through. He doesn’t offer you a timeline as it is up to you how fast you progress and prepared to dedicate 20 minutes a day to this and walk like he suggests. Nothing crazy about this program, just honest guidance.
