Danniel Smith was an excellent customer service rep regarding my electric bill. He went above and beyond to help me. He was very knowledgeable and patient. Walked me through each set and follow up with additional calls to help fix my issue. He was very kind and cared about my stress level throughout the call. JUST EXCELLENT OVERALL!!!!!!
