Thanks to Tiffany D. for a great support experience!
Tiffany could not have been more courteous and helpful. I recently updated my laptop and when the provider set it up, chose new outlook and insisted I could not revert to classic outlook. After purchasing a needed update to Deja and deciding I really did not like the functionality of new outlook with the program, I called and Tiffany very quickly helped me set up classic outlook and walked me through the updated sync settings. Everything is now the way I like it. Thanks for great support!!!

This is a GREAT product, service and organization
I cannot say enough about the quality of my CampanionLink software and the technical support I receive. The product ALWAYS does what it supposed to do. I have used tech support to help me understand how to use it correctly or more efficiently. A technician is always available without delay. Tiffany in particular is helpful and efficient. All and all a great product and service.

Very Satisfied Customer
I have been a customer of Companionlink/DejaOffice since 2017 and have been extremely happy with the product and the customer service. I use DejaOffice for my Contacts, Calendar, To-Do list, and important Notes. Any time I've had a question or needed help, their support team has been prompt, knowledgeable and polite in helping me. Recently I needed help with transferring my DejaOffice database to my new phone. Nathan V. and Tiffany D. promptly replied to my emails and gave me precise, understandable instructions to follow. It was so refreshing to get that type of customer service. Companionlink and their support team are the best!

This company is quite amazing. i hae been using Compabion Link now for 10 years and their after service is incredible with no further charges- Tiffany is marvelous and solved my recent problem taking over my computer to sort the problem out

I got so sick of iCloud - OUTLOOK Sync not working
I got so sick of iCloud. It crashed, broke, and would not sync—100% pain. I would not use iCloud ever again. This Companion Link is way faster to set up. It was super easy, and I had it going within 10 minutes. I spent over 3 hours last night with an IT guy trying to get iCloud to sync. It kept coming up with error after error, and I installed it three times, disconnected my account four times, and still could not get the system to work. The $70 you pay is a bargain. Don't use anything else if you're having issues with iCloud

I have been using Companion Link for many years as I have used Outlook even longer and wanted to sync the information to the smart phones I purchased. It has done that very well for me through the several Android phones I have used. I have a very large number of contacts (almost 4K) and an equal number of calendar events because I keep several as records I need from time to time. The sync via Wi-Fi is usually seamless but when there has been a problem, I have always been able to get prompt, friendly, support from Nathan. Today was just one of those times and he was extremely patient in guiding me over the corrections so that the problem was not only corrected but was accomplished very quickly in spite of the many issues requiring help. I am very happy to have them at my back! Thank you Nathan, and Companion Link...I would recommend this application without reservation, not only for what it does, but for the support behind it. I find this product to be inconsistent
I find this product to be inconsistent. When it works well, I forget I even have it. Then all of a sudden my Google and Outlook are not synching and I only find out due to a missed appointment. That has happened recently and haven't really been able to get it reliable again. Tech support keeps guessing at answers.

The only reason I'm giving this a one star is because there's no option for ZERO! It only works when it feels like it! DO NOT BUY!

Excellent app
I have been using this app for several years. It works very well using the Cloudsync option. Originally I used to sync once a day using a USB connection and got occasional minor problems.

Excellent product.
I spent a lot of time looking for a product to replace the now defunct HTC SyncManager to sync my Outlook Calendar and Contacts. This product does a lot more and is really excellent. I had finger problem setting it up and their support guy, Trevor, was very responsive and helpful. I thoroughly recommend this product - it even has a trial version and I also like the option to purchase at a one off price rather than a monthly subscription.

Professional courteous, and complete
I found a service on companion link to be top notch, on time, and totally professional. My tech, Nathan understood my problem walk me through it and made sure the problem was solved before the end of the session call. I would recommend companion link anyone and I will tell you once all your calendars not synced up, it makes a world of difference. Gentleman job well done

This product is a complete waste of…
This product is a complete waste of money. It continually duplicates appointments and the dedupe function does not work. You have to waste an awful lot of your own time having to delete duplicates on a continual basis. Don't waste your money.

A good program for managing your information on PC and handheld. Synchronization is a matter of trial and error at times, especially with IOS.
