LED Bulbs for Large MFG Plant
This is not the first time I've ordered. Competitive pricing. They always have what I need in stock at the quantity I need. Shipping is very fast and I have never had a broken bulb. What more could you ask for. Excellent lighting company. I will purchase from them again.

Great product!
Found their site by chance. Located the lights that looked appropriate for my needs. Called the number listed and spoke to Michael, he verified that the items I had selected would work. Everything arrived quickly and now our parking lot has light again.

Excellent Service
I spoke to Andrew about what part I needed for recessed light LED replacement trim. It turned out it was a product sold only by Home Depot and not in the commercial division (and a question he gets quite a few phone calls about). He then took the time to find the link to what I needed on the Home Depot website and send it to me. I was very impressed, to say the least.

Bad customer service - That was repaired
I have updated this review to 4 stars based on the level of service once this review was received. I still had to pay almost $1000 for shipping that was not quoted. This was a fair amount, just not discussed beforehand. They included the mounting hardware and base covers at no extra cost. I recommend emailing in requests vs calling in orders to avoid confusion. I will order from Commercial LED Lights in the future.I called in to order poles and lights since the poles couldn't be ordered online. I received a price and paid over the phone. Several days later, I received a call informing me that the salesperson had not included shipping for the poles and that it would cost $1000 more. I requested an email describing what happened and how to resolve this. The email has not been sent. I also sent an email requesting the exact cost and the payment method. I have not received an answer. I highly doubt I will order from your company again due to customer service.

WOW!!! Amazing turnaround! I placed the order, and just four days later, the lights arrived. They installed perfectly, and all 12 parking lot lights worked great! Customers were pleased. I’ll definitely buy again when we do the rest. Thank you!
