Paige at Collegewise is a valuable asset
We worked with Paige at Collegewise. My son found her to be super supportive, responsive, and very helpful in his writing for all the supplements and essays that were required for his many, many applications. She helped him brainstorm and hone his topics for each school. Ultimately, he got into his top choice as an out of state student, and he firmly believes it may not have happened without Paige's help. From the parent perspective, we were totally hands off. Paige was great in keeping him on track and on time for everything. We can not recommend Paige at Collegewise enough.

Although the college application process can be extremely stressful and draining, my counselor Jordan Kanarek made the process feel much more manageable and organized. Doing a dozen applications on top of school work and a fall sport should've felt overwhelming and exhausting, but with the support and help I received, it was actually a positive and rewarding process. I was ultimately extremely pleased with the result of the process and with the colleges I was accepted to, which wouldn't have been possible without Jordan.

My counselor, Ida was very good with helping brainstorm and outline my essays so that I could get a good start to my essays. However, some of my essays did not directly answer the prompts and I was not told by the editors, leading to me having to change the flow. Otherwise, it was a good experience and a lot of help to get you started, as well as guidance through the actual application process.

Excellent Experience with Collegewise & Ali Springer
My experience with Collegewise (Ali Springer) was excellent. Before the process started, they matched my daughter with someone that would fit her personality. We needed someone that was kind, gentle, and not old-school. The match was perfect. Ali from day 1 made our daughter very comfortable and guided her through the process step by step. Ali helped with college selection, essay thoughts with some outline ideas and ensured all deliverables were clear. My favorite part of the process was the editing of essay(s) and helpful hints on how to make the message more powerful. As a parent, I essentially had to do very little. Ali was responsive to all of us and the end result is my daughter has lots of wonderful colleges to choose from. That defines success to me. Thank you Ali for guiding us through this painful process!

A single father's more needed college help
After suddenly becoming a single father, I was trying to keep my head above water as we began the college process. It was such a different landscape from when I went to school, and being busy with our new life, I knew I couldn't give the college application process the attention it needed. Luckily, we discovered Collegewise and Kaila. It was worth every penny. Kaila, my daughter's counselor, was perfect in guiding her through it all. I didn't have to worry about anything; all the application deadlines were met, and my daughter had someone to lean on as she figured out which direction she heads toward in college. Kaila was just absolutely amazing, and so is collegewise. You won't regret it.

Great Application Process with Nikki and Collegewise
Our daughter started working with Nikki Rawson in her sophomore year to get a head start, knowing that athletic recruiting would start early junior year. She made it smooth and easy from the beginning and worked closely with our daughter so that we could stay out of the process almost completely. Nikki worked with her on how to research potential schools and key elements to consider, recommending a wide range of schools that she might not have considered otherwise that perfectly matched her criteria. They then brainstormed essay topics, developed them and ran feedback cycles such that my daughter’s essays were all essentially complete by the end of summer before senior year. Nikki was extremely helpful during the writing process with specific feedback, and she was also very responsive over email so that our daughter could reach her at any time.Overall, Nikki made the application process so seamless that we as parents didn’t need to get involved at all and felt fully informed with only Nikki’s updates and sitting in on one or two meetings. We are so grateful as our daughter got into her top choice stretch school ED with minimal stress on our (the parents) part. Then, I had a long conversation with a Collegewise intake counselor who paired my son with Lynne, who was the perfect fit. We started working with Collegewise during the Summer before my daughters Senior year. Elizabeth Majors is our College counselor assigned to us and we have been extremely happy working with her through this entire college process.
