Average service, average product
Finally got to using a few of the CC spools I bought a while ago, First order got sent the wrong wire, was given a discount code to make a second order so my replacement spools could be thrown in (Jonathan didn't want to wear the overseas shipping costs for the replacement spools) all good made the second order, didn't receive the replacement spools as I was told, no drama I just decided il stick to wire optim cause cc is obviously a shit show, now Iv finally got to actually using the finer fuse wires and they dont unspool cleanly, they seem very springy on the spool just all round a shit experience trying to work with this wire over kidney puncher/wire optim.

I was totally amazed when I made my first order with Coil Clout because the owner writes a message with every order saying thank you for supporting our community and to me it means a lot that’s just not the way most companies do business so please give them a try I’m sure you will be pleased and the shipping speed will blow your mind because it’s as good Amazon Prime with speed but better customer service you can actually talk to Jonathan if you need to and they will always make it right and send extras with most orders

I honestly couldn't be happier with Coil Clout. Their product is hand-made and is always absolutely flawless, they ship product incredibly fast, and Jonathan (the owner) personally takes care of any questions you might have or issues that may arise. I've purchased from this company for years now, and not once have I had a single issue with an order. As a huge bonus, their pricing literally cannot be beat! Zero complaints, and if I could give more than five stars, I would!As a side note, I find it disappointing and petty for people with personal grudges to write scathing reviews with zero evidence on sites like this where people come to see if a company is legitimate. Those 1-star hate-filled reviews should be removed.

I ordered a couple of sets of his mtl line coils (pairs of 3 different mtl coils) a week ago. Money paid, no response to my email. After reading other reviews, I doubt I'll order again - plenty of other coil builders out there. Just thought I'd try a different builder from my usual one.

I used to regularly purchase coils from CC. The quality of the coils were always consistently well made. However, the morality of the owner (Jonathan Scott) is HIGHLY questionable. I ordered more than 10 N90 sticks, and some custom coils, paid for the purchase, and waited for the order to come in the mail, and waited, and waited, and waited. Always, Jonathan had one excuse after another whenever I spoke to him, or sent an email asking about where my order was. He knew I was leaving town for awhile and needed to receive the order. Needless to say, the order came 2 months after putting the order in, and it was missing some product. I've heard people say that he lies, I'm convinced that they are correct. He has even used the excuse that his back was bothering him and that he was on strong medicine and that it was hard to work. This is utterly ridiculous, especially when he spews how many people he employed. If there were so many employees, he wouldn't have to lie about mailing products to customers.

Long time customer and have always been a big fan all the n90 mech variants!! The wire sticks are perfect for a mech guy like myself. Im able to have coil clout quality and performance but i can wrap coils to fit my rda exactly how i need it too.

Jonathan Scott has lied to me, and many others, repeatedly. He bans or censors anyone who speaks out against him or shares a negative experience.But, don't take my word for it. A simple Google search of "Coil Clout bad reviews" will show you that many others have had similar experiences with him.I paid 2 months of a "God Tier" Patreon membership, which he aggressively advertises all over his Facebook page, and I never received a single item. Not once. $89/month. This is after multiple emails back and forth telling him what items I wanted to buy with my "Customer Rewards Points". He just kept saying "okay, I'll take a look and get back to you." Or "we're out of that coil right now but are building more. Would you like to substitute this one for another in stock item so we can ship your order?" Then never hear back from him after replying. This happened numerous times in a 3 week period.First the excuse was that they were overwhelmed with orders from the last big sale. Then the excuse was that he got COVID and was sick for 3 days and couldn't reply to anyone. Then he disappeared for two more days. Now his most recent excuse, posted on Facebook of course, never a direct response to an individual customer, the excuse is that he is moving to a new facility. It's just one thing after another.He claims that he's overwhelmed and behind on orders, short staffed, insert excuse here....Yet he has ample time to get on Facebook and produce a video of himself ranting and raving, angrily spouting obscenities at those unhappy customers who have questioned his repeated absences and integrity? I don't get it.He frequently, almost daily, makes posts advertising his blowout 35% off sale (or is it 25%?) that ends soon!! SO ACT NOW!! It's almost comical if it wasn't so insulting.There's a little crime called "Wire Fraud" that involves using the Internet or other electronic means to defraud people.I would encourage others that see my post to contact the Attorney General of North Carolina, where his business address appears to be based out of.

I was about to order from them, but then I read this reply to a customer complaint. I don’t know all the details, but I do know to be as professional as possible no matter how frustrating or dim the customer is. I would rather avoid doing business with such a place, no matter how good the coils are. If we said we shipped ONE HUNDRED PERCENT OF ORDERS WITHIN 24 HOURS, this would not be true, us saying we ship 99% in 24 hours, is true,. Just because your one order of the 100+ orders we get per day did not ship right away, doesn't mean all the rest did.Not a single other company on earth has done more for the community in the last few years. I stayed active, I employ 12 ppl FULL TIME, 6 of which support their wife and kids strictly from working with Coil Clout, and brought over 7 completely dead products back to life and took over the company. I do more for this industry than anyone and more than anyone could imagine.Not to mention, we do have THE BEST coils/products/prices/service ever. This is a fact and why we are number 1.
