Thorough Help with SEO
To work with Coalition is analogous to working with the best in the field, I appreciate their feedback on SEO for my website because I had no clue. Great company to partner with
We hired Coalition Technologies with the goal of increasing organic traffic to our site and they delivered. Our company has been working with them for over two years now and our primary contact, Joel has become an integral part of our management team. Our company specializes in selling custom musical gifts within a niche giftware industry. In 2021, we enlisted the services of Coalition Technologies for our SEO needs. We have been in business since 2002. Our previous experiences with other agencies had yielded little to no success. What stood out to me the most was the fact that the Coalition team devised a clear plan with long-term targets, providing us with a sense of predictability. While the initial growth was gradual, we persisted based on their assurance that we would see significant results by our second anniversary. Well, our organic traffic doubled by the end of the second year. Additionally, we also hired Coalition Technologies for our email campaigns using Klaviyo, as well as for managing our Google Ads. Our decision to utilize their services for multiple aspects of our business speaks volumes about the level of recommendation we extend to them.Besides their high-quality work in driving traffic to our site, they excel in communication. Every two weeks, we have a comprehensive meeting to review past and present results and discuss everything, including future planning. Our project lead, Joel, and Nic are always available to answer any questions and typically respond within hours. Did short-term SEO optimization for a client
We had a client over the Summer running for office and needed a quick website made with optimized copy explaining his positions. Coalition made quick work of this.He ended up losing the election but was super happy with the traffic they pulled in over the course of 3 months. I recommend working with them.

I've been a customer of Coalition since 2020 as I was a marketing director for a hemp brand. Took a bit of time for them to get their bearings over the industry but after about 4-5 months, they've helped the brand earn market share and triple their traffic and revenue. Fast forward to 2024 and they're still our preferred SEO agency.Since the initial brand I fielded to Coalition, the team has done SEO, PPC, full scale web development (TWICE), and email marketing for a number of other projects with me as their point of contact.Now, in 2024, I run my own agency and often lean on them to take on more of the technical tasks for my consulting clients. 100/10 highly recommend Coalition. They're fairly priced, often go over their hours promises all to get the job done.Shout out to Joel, Doug, Ryan, and Jordan. Thanks for being such an awesome team to work with =)

Avoid this agency
The engagement with coalition was disappointing. They had 22 people on our kickoff call, all billing us for the time. with 22 people assigned, we did not have any project manager or coordinator. It was confusing and very little progress was made. the engagement was short because we couldn't get any usable product or a cadence going with them. their approach is pretty terrible and I am unsure how they finish any projects. When we asked for an escalation call to request better support, the managers on the call remained on mute and didnt offer any suggestions for improvement. When we asked for a refund on the over billing, they said they will stand by the terms in the contract. A vendor needing to rely on the terms of the contract vs doing good work is always a bummer. This organization wasted my time, and my teams time AND over billed us at the same time.

Worked with this company and spent nearly $75,000 for Web Design and SEO work. The work they did was absolutely awful. The design was not great but passable.The SEO was basically throwing money in the trash. The arciles they wrote were not targeted to keywords, they produced absolutely no new leads, traffic, or keyword rankings for $50,000 of SEO work. Stay far away from this company.
