Coach America was a great company to work with. The contact person was very nice and. always sent info immediately and checked back. The drivers were very nice and friendly. They were also patient and kind. Our whole experience was an A+!
From the beginning of planning a religious bus tour, my experience with the representative Leon Goldberg was excellent. We went from South Carolina to NYC fromJuly 6th until the 11th. Goldberg was very quick to respond back to my questions and whenever changes needed to be made it was never a problem. The bus drivers Mr.Johnson and Mr. Drake were very nice and helpful to whatever we needed. The only problem we had was that they did not empty the waste from the bathroom until we were returning back to SC from NY. That to me is a big deal and the reason for giving 4 stars instead of 5 and especially since people sit near the restroom. However, after we returned I informed Mr. Goldberg and he was very apologetic about the issue and wanted to make it right by offering a discount on our next trip. So happy that was our only issue because my friends are still talking about the trip and how much fun we had and can't wait until our next adventure. Definitely, we'll use this bus company again, and especially will request all of the people we had that made the trip enjoyed. Thanks Coach America 😊

I worked with Dominick to secure a 56 passenger, charter bus for our graduate students and program director to get to and from Washington, DC. Coach America has the best and consistent service of transport and can always rely on them. For the last several years we have used Coach America for our Christmas Staff Meeting in Chicago. We always have an evening company teambuilding event and every time I call Dominick Ricigliano to schedule our transporting needs, he delivers with kindness and reassurance. His staff is great, kind, and punctual. All their buses are quality and clean. As a staff meeting coordinator it is priceless that I do not have to worry about any of the transportation process. We rented a charter bus for our church group for a trip to Sight and Sound Theatre. First, the bus was at our location a half hour early with the newest and cleanest bus anyone has ever seen. The bus driver was a true professional. We recommend Coach America 100%. The owner is an honest, no nonsense businessman who gets results and has earned my respect. Thank you!!!!!
1st I would like to Thank my sales rep Leon, he went above and beyond to make my trip a success!!! I’m soooo grateful for him. Next, the bus was awesome, very clean and updated from previous bus lines. Our Driver Mr. Johnnie was amazing. I will be putting in a special request for him next year. I’m soooo thankful for Coach America all of my guest were also very pleased with everything!!

We contacted Dominick at Coach America for bus service between our hotel and our wedding venue. The entire process was a pleasure including dealing with Dominick who fielding a number of questions about the process. Our point of contact (Anthony) was extremely helpful throughout the entire process. We had to change our itinerary lots of times and he was extremely patient and proactive the entire time. He made sure that our itinerary was correct and that the driver received the correct instructions. I believe we had a guest who was running late and we heard the driver was very kind. I really do recommend them!
