CoachAccountable has an easy interface for the coach and the client. I can customize which tabs a client sees. The group coaching makes it easy during the sessions as well. I love that I can connect my Zoom and Square accounts with ease. This software keeps me organized.
CA is amazing. The tool enabled me to serve each of my clients in the way that I needed to. I would recommend it for anyone coaching.

John, the owner of CoachAccountable, is an absolute gem. When I canceled my account, I mentioned in my review that my clients weren’t using the platform much. To my surprise, John reached out personally and let me know he had noticed I hadn’t been active for a while—then he went above and beyond by crediting me back for three months! He didn’t have to do that, and it speaks volumes about how much he genuinely cares about his clients.The platform itself is outstanding. It’s thoughtfully designed, and the prompts throughout are not only helpful but also funny and engaging. John’s integrity and kindness, paired with such a stellar product, make CoachAccountable truly stand out. Highly recommend!
Coach Accountable has been my go to for Life Coaching and Client training for several years. They are the best and build coach management in a fabulous and considerate way that benefits me and my efforts to manage my clients and assist me in trainings.
Using CoachAccountable for my Client Management System for the past 9 years has been one of the best moves I've taken from a relational and business perspective. Relationally, it allows me to easily coach many clients simultaneously, while staying personal with each of them and never getting overwhelmed. From a business perspective, I've been able to show high professionalism not only within coaching sessions, but between them with reminders to personal action steps, worksheets, customised resources, etc.. They share journal notes, whiteboard ideas, and complete courses. The system is continually improving over time, adding more value regularly.
I love using Coach Accountable! I have been using it for about 6 years. I love the ease of keeping track of all my correspondence with clients. Having a library of worksheets and resources I can easily assign and FABULOUS customer service the couple of times I have run into an issue. I can think of literally 2 times I have actually needed help over the whole 6 year period. Overall, I love the ease of use and responsiveness of the team. AND that it can be branded in my brand colors and feels like an extension of my practice and not like a cold, detached app unrelated to my coaching practice.
CoachAccountable is EVERYTHING I need to manage my business and my clients. Been using it for years and it's helped me win clients and build my business. The features allow me to do everything from individual to group coaching as well as offer courses. I can manage payments, scheduling and I never miss a beat with clients or my revenue streams. I've looked at other platforms over the years and none compare. The owners who built it understand coaching and what Coaches need to run their business so that helps a ton to have features that matter. Customer service is quick, on point and always get things handled without a hitch.In a world of skepticism, I'll say that I'm not paid for this review FYI...I am a happy customer who is super glad I have this tool in my arsenal. Wouldn't have my business without it!
CoachAccountable is the only coaching software I could fathom using. John thinks of everything and builds it all into the program, optimizing the experience for coach and client.In addition to the many great features like custom and automated invoicing, easy scheduling, a course builder and worksheet builder, and many other features for the client to engage with directly, the customer service is next level! I truly can't speak highly enough about John, the team, the program usability and extensiveness, the webinars and blogs... it's a full package in the best ways!I've been with CoachAccountable for over 6 years now. I've been using the Coach Accountable platform/service for about five years and find it very helpful in my coaching practice. It's one spot for appointments, tracking, reporting, notes, etc. I also feel the company is always looking to make the system even better.
I compared a lot of platforms before choosing CA and I have not regretted my decision for one moment! It streamlines my client engagements and allows me to add a lot of value between sessions as well. The developer is very engaged in the community and really focuses on building a platform that caters to all your needs as a coach (with features you didn't even know you needed). Would 10/10 recommend it if you want to give your clients a great experience, have the flexibility to grow your business, and lower your communication overheads by having everything in once place.
Thank you for the 5.1 update!! I've looked at TONS of other platforms (sometimes with the lure of flat $40/mo fees), and to be honest, NOTHING out there is like CA. Thanks for all you do, it's worth every penny!
I built my coaching practice, from scratch, to over 200 clients in less than 5 years, with CoachAccountable as my platform. There is not a chance that the quality of my client experience, or of what I deliver, could be as high, without CoachAccountable at the foundation. I am an unqualified fan.
I've been with CA for over 3 years now and still love it as my way to manage, organize communicate with and schedule apartments with my clients. There are so many useful features that are tailored to us coaches and more are added the whole time. The developer, John, is actively engaging with her all the customers, and helping with both guidance and fixing bugs on the fly. Obviously, they’re doing their business the right way since the price hasn’t gone up, and we keep getting a better and better software. I really appreciate the pricing model that we pay for active clients. This means it’s really easy to get started and to grow. Confident that CoachAccountable gets enough to keep providing the service and won’t completely change their pricing model further on. I love the personal relationship their customer service provides and useful resources available. This is not just a software company, but also educational in the field of one-on-one and group coaching. With focus, of course, on how the software, communication and structure can improve our own businesses.
I have been using CoachAccountable for nearly three years and it has really allowed me to handle large volumes of clients. When I first chose this platform I was concerned about how I would be able to handle multiple clients and keep everything organized. That problem was solved immediately. Lastly, I really like the dashboard for quickly reviewing the status of my client's assignments allowing me to quickly prepare between sessions for the next client. What an amazing platform and community. You can not go wrong with this client management solution.
