I had a very positive experience with this company.After receiving my chair, I noticed an issue with the backrest. I contacted customer support and they responded very quickly and professionally. They immediately arranged a replacement part without any complications.Communication was clear, polite, and efficient throughout the entire process. The replacement arrived as promised and everything is now perfect.

Don't waste your money, chairs don't last warranty and they don't honor their warranty
I purchased their largest chair about 2 years ago. The chair is starting to fall apart already after 2 years. So messaged their customer service as they have a 3 year warranty on the chairs. I did not receive a response from them until I filed a complaint through the BBB. However their response was a joke. They acknowledged 1 out of the 3 issues I was having with the chair. But they blamed the issue on a different part of the warranty which was only covered for 1 year. Problem was that issue they blamed it on wasn't the issue I was reporting to them and when I emailed them to address the other 2 issues they would not reply.Don't waste your time or money on this company. They are not a reputable company, the chairs are poorly made, Clutch doesn't honor their warranty and you are lucky to get a response if there is an issue with the chair.

Had a chair break after 26 months of use. After contacting the company and going back and forth for 2 months they came to the conclusion that they had no spare parts for this model and would not offer any compensation or solution, instead they would begin ignoring my emails. Very disappointed in a chair that supposedly comes with "3 year warranty"

Ok experience, but i would not recommend.
I ordered 2 pediepie LED chairs from clutch in 2 seperate orders. The positive is that the order process was easy and quick, and both chairs arrived in about a week which is great for Australian orders. Both chairs had the same faults however. instead of the advertised LED chair they shipped a variation not listed in the Au store. Both chairs had damage in the same part of the backrest. something had punctures and torn at the leather in the exact same spot - likely the chair lift piece. The chairs are comfortable and look quite good, but i would prefer without the 100m stitching.

DO NOT ORDER FROM CLUTCH CHAIRZ.They have ZERO customer service and will ignore you if you have any issues at all. They sent me the wrong item and ignored my emails. I filed a credit card dispute and they told my credit card company they would resolve the issue but they haven't and it has been MONTHS. Seriously, this company is horrible, I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau as well. It is a shame that scam companies like this are allowed to exist.

I live in the UK and I received my chair ok and put it together but 18 months later it is essentially in two pieces. The welding under the seat has sheared and the bracket within that has sheared as well. I am 6' 2 and weigh 110 kilos; I don't use this chair for gaming and only use it as an office chair. I contacted the company through their website and asked if this type of problem was normal but have not received a response at all despite having sent a reminder. Do not buy a chair from these people. There isn't any semblance of customer service and you will waste your money. I have since ordered another chair elsewhere.

I purchased a chair from Clutch's…
I purchased a chair from Clutch's website as a Christmas gift. The order arrived within a week's time. However, the wrong chair was shipped. I contacted Clutch via email as soon as I opened the box. I never received a response. I sent a second message via the website. A few more days go by and still no response. I sent a message via PayPal, yet, still no response from Clutch. I requested a refund via PayPal. The request was approved by the seller once I ship the chair back. It cost over $150 dollars to ship the chair. Basically, to correct their mistake. This has to be one of the worse examples of customer service.

Well, 0 support feels like a scam. That is to start with bad chair with weak parts will break for sure I guess the just hope out of warrenty. My next step is a lawery to get my money back or one time a working chair.And one start is even to much for them

Not what it first seems…
Babied my chair since new. My chair frame ended up breaking due to a manufacturing defect (I am well within the weight limit, and my chair has never been dropped). They clearly could not care less about their consumers once they have your money… I have been waiting for months now for a support response despite countless contact methods. My chair is still broken. BUYER BEWARE.

Clutch Chairz does not honor their warranty!!!
So I have had a Clutch Chair for 2.5 years. Then it broke. Tried to email their company for warranty replacement, and after several attempts with no response I just went ahead and bought the replacement. They printed the shipping label and have set on that for 4+ days with no actual shipment to me. The chairs may be good, but if you have to deal with the company after that, they have horrible customer service. Their BBB score is CRAP

A positive experience
It feels wierd giving such a positiv review when so many reviews of this company is negativ. I ordered a an expensive pewdiepie chair and noticed 1 armrest was not funtioning correctly and the back had a hole in it. I wrote to them and with no delay got sent new parts. The chair feels amazing and is very customisable, wich is great since i spend so much time in it. it really helped my posture.

Bad build quality, worst Customer service.
Build quality is very bad for a €400 chair. Tilt mechanism barely last 6 month before welds begin to warp and need replaced. You get full warranty but good luck getting in touch with customer service to actually get the parts you need. Took me 4 month to get a reply and that is only after threatening them with charge back through my credit card.

After 1 year of use stitching came apart which tore the chair apart over time
I purchased a Clutch chair a couple years ago from their Canadian site the chair was comfortable had all the gaming chair features and looked quality but after just 1 year of use the chairs stitching where you sit started coming apart causing the chair to deform and rip apart over time becoming very uncomfortable. the chair barely lasted a year and a couple months which i paid $400 dollars for so after a while of sitting in a the uncomfortable chair i decided to get customer service to help me out with some compensation i really just wanted a replacement bottom seat for the chair so i could swap it out. i told them my situation all my info and purchase history but then i got ignored by 2 different people after sending emails back and forth twice. I ended up buying a Secret Labs chair after the whole ordeal with no satisfaction on my clutch chair order.
