The Cloaked app delivers on its promises; all of the features work. Customer service is immediate from the AI agent and a day or two from a human agent. I had a few questions and request and the human agent (Mike) satisfied my request.Cloaked provides fine control over identities and communication preferences keeping your personal phone number and email private. So far so good.
I just signed up to Cloaked. It's working excellent and I haven't had any scam phone calls which is awesome. I would highly recommend this to everyone. Support was very kind and extremely helpful to answer any of my questions. Check it out! You'll love it.
my name is Christopher i found you through scammer payback on Facebook so i signed up with you been with you almost a year with 8,883 removals not getting the calls I used to get I will always have your service. I just thank God I was at the right place at the right time to find out about you.
Not for techno challeneged seniors. Too complex, quirky and robotic. Upside I did finally get my requested cancellation/refund. Unless you absolutely need this kind of protection and are device savvy, avoid.

I joined Cloak because I was tired of being hacked. They do incredible work. The updates they send are the most important. It allows me to know what these sneaky freaks out there are trying to do with my information. Thank you for your service to helping me keep what I worked my entire life for safe.
After listening to the issue I was trying to solve the representative confirmed what I needed and proceeded to solve the problem promptly. Nothing could have been better. Highly recommend Cloaked client support
Cloaked does limit calls not in contacts list. They also make it difficult for new valid callers to reach me. I called for support and after several attempts, had to leave a voicemail. A few days later , still haven’t received a return call. Tried chat support. Asked a question. 30 minutes later, still couldn’t get an answer and they continued to beat around the bush. There doesn’t appear to be any valid support with cloaked, only excuses I am still receiving several spam calls every day
Needed assistance with activating call guard. Haze, Cloaked rep., was able to get the job done. 🙂

Tried to sign up with Cloaked. Never sent the code to start an account to my phone number even after multiple attempts. Sorry, but this is not for me.

I got more spam email and more spam calls after I bought their service than I did before. When I cancelled it they kept and keep charging me. This company is a total scam.
I am still learning how to effectively and efficiently use Cloaked, but so far, I have liked what I've seen. I had a few accounting and application questions, so I contacted the chat support. I am not a fan of AI(kit), but I was quickly connected to a live agent. That agent (Jho) was easy to work with, summarized an understanding of my questions, and assisted me in a quick resolution. I believe once I learn a bit more, I will be extremely happy with the product and services.
I had cloaked last year but it became too costly for me as I am on a fixed income. I canceled the service but the voicemail was still attached to the line.I reached out to cloaked and got a response and Narissa from the team helped by walking me through the process to undo the voicemail. I wish that I could have continued but hopefully in the future I will be able to rejoin the cloaked family. Enid
Jho Valentine was very helpful in their customer service. I received a promo code in my email that just would not work when I was switching over to an annual package. He went ahead and set it up manually and gave me the discount. I was looking for the customer service was very fast friendly and efficient
The art of shinobi is to mask your identity with this service. A password manager for Identities for $10.00/a month, but there is a catch. Their Data Broker Removal Service is really 'really' slow. But it works.
I was getting hundreds of spam calls, it was ridiculous!Since I got cloked, I hardly ever get a spam call now. I'm very happy, I got cloaked

I have seen where my info is or was and I recognize a whole bunch of it. I am pleased with this service tremendously. I can't do the call forwarding cellular one I don't think is good about that and I don't want callers I know to have to go through that I blocked numbers but they have all different ones. Burner phones. You call back it says your call cannot be completed I do that before I block. But they have lessened somewhat. I get calls from Oklahoma California all over I'm not about to give out my information so don't
