Exceptional support
Ryan and his team went above and beyond in their support. They provided exceptional assistance to a family member in college, helping him secure a summer internship. Their guidance included setting clear goals, learning how to search for jobs and internships, building a strong resume, and developing interview skills. When opportunities weren’t readily available, they even reached out directly to businesses to create them. Our family is incredibly grateful for their dedication and support, and we will absolutely continue using their services in the future. Thank you!

Praise for Ryan Casey and his team
Ryan Casey has been a great counselor and advocate for my son. Ryan helped with job search ( and landing a job) but has also provided advice and assistance in later negotiating over job scope and compensation increase. He and his team have provided extremely valuable ongoing support.

Support and care from Clearweave
Ryan and the Clearweave team have been working with my adult brother for several years. My brother can be a challenge but they have worked with him with care, patience and and demonstrated concern. All the while, the team gently pushes him to make progress on life goals and holds him accountable. Ryan has also become a source of support to my elderly parents. Cannot say enough good things about the Clearweave team!

Clearweavejobs is the best!
Clearweavejobs went the extra mile and then some for my son. Ryan Casey was great! He has been helping my son improve his artistic skills so that he could become more employable. He encouraged him to take video editing classes and post his art work on various online sites. Ryan has a lot of connections that others just don’t have. He is by far the best person we have ever worked with.

I highly recommend ClearWeave Careers
I am extremely grateful to have found ClearWeave Careers! Ryan Casey is the Executive Director and he also works one on one with my son who has high functioning autism. Ryan has taken the time and care to get to know my son and assess his needs/interests to specifically target the best possible job opportunities that would match his strengths. Ryan goes above and beyond in his interactions with my son to ensure that he has the appropriate skills to find and maintain employment. He has worked with my son on his resume, his communication skills, his time management and organizational skills, and has assisted my son in obtaining specific internships that allow him to gain valuable experience in his chosen field. I highly recommend ClearWeave Careers.
