Every time I walk into the store they are very helpful and take care of what I need for my well.Rolando answered all my questions and provided me with the product and information I needed to keep my well in could shape.

Parts are more expensive than Amazon but You have the parts I need and there is no fear that it is wrong water conditioner.
I get the product I need in a timely fashion. The price is a bit steep for an industrial product that is about 5 to 10 cents a pound. I understand a profit is required for business to work. But even with peoples time, etc. The cost of 5 lbs is now excessive.

Great communication. I was due to change my water filtration system after 9 years , and they were honest enough to tell me to just change my media, and not the whole filter and control head , saved me some money! The entire experience was excellent, and the product was as had hoped and worked out perfectly.
Shipping and customer about shipping is horrible. The agent said they are closed on weekends, however an email was sent on Friday asking about the Monday order with shipping and no response. The order took well over a week to arrive.

I’m in Hawaii and the online purchasing doesn’t allow me to complete an order. I have to call and then wait for someone to call back. Often I then have to wait for another callback with shipping costs.
