It is very convenient since it lasts a whole day I put it into my ears until I go to bed when I put it into a charger. Now I can hear sounds that I totally missed and my conversations with my family and friends are possible.

Been a customer for about 2 years
Been a customer for about 2 years, solved my hearing loss issues for the most part. Everyone in my life is thrilled that I got these little hearing aids. Great little product, fantastic customer service. From the audiologist, to customer support top shelf operation. Very rarely do you run across a product that does what it says it will do, and the people walk you through every step and make sure you're happy.

Bought these for and extra pair of hearing aids. I do like the fit of the in the ear hearing aids. I do have ONE BIG issue. The left ear hearing aid WILL NOT STAY CONNECTED TO THE PHONE.

The hearing aids/customer service are excellent
The hearing aids (and my zepp smartwatch) work incredibly well and the customer service comes with real people who are super helpful and get you what you need quick. They also give you access to an audiologist to help you tweak your aids through the clarity app. Top notch organization!

Absolute Best Customer service!
Had an issue with the charging unit of my Zepp Pixie hearing aids. I called and explained the issue. The rep was very understanding, and immediately had a new unit sent out to me. I could not ask for better customer service!

Every experience with ZEPP Clarity has truly been a pleasure. The entire ZEPP Clarity staff makes me (the consumer) - feel so welcomed and comfortable. My most recent encounter was with Customer Support Brenna - who helped me with my Customer Support issue quickly and efficiently, and all the while being very personable and courteous. ZEPP Clarity staff has a way of making the consumer feel very, very special 💗
