I could not be happier with my experience with Clairamor. Customer service was super responsive and always helpful, and I being able to work directly with Cameron to design the ring (which turned out perfectly) was excellent and made the process so much easier than what I expect a more traditional ringmaker could offer. They were able to create exactly what we were envisioning. We will 100% be coming back to Clairamor for any future projects.

I needed my beautiful custom engagement ring from Clairamor resized and the staff made this an extremely simple process. Staff was friendly, prompt, and kept me in the loop along the way. I am so IN LOVE with my engagement ring! I came across Clairamor on social media and after pursuing a couple of larger retailers -- it became clear that Clairamor was going to give me that tailored, personable experience I was looking for! The selling point for me was their responsiveness and their 3-D mockups. This was crucial for creating a custom ring. Those other companies would send over 2-D mockups, it's hard to make a decision if you can't really "see" the ring! Jenny helped me narrow down exactly what I wanted, not only is she an expert but she is also extremely patient. She found a stunning 3.03CT D VS1 Marquise for me! Wow, I mean just wow. Top to bottom, this was the easiest, most helpful company helping me through the most stressful purchase of my life.
