They were able to help me find a part that was no longer made for my F150. It arrived and was in good condition for it's age. They made the purchase easy and I will be using them in the future for any other parts I may need. Great parts supplier and great service.

I want to update the review I had given. My problem was a misunderstanding and Sean was prompt to repair the issue once he was aware of the issue I had. He went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my interaction with this company he was professional and did everything to resolve it quickly and fairly. Excellent customer service without a attitude like most places give. If you need a part these guys will do their utmost to help you with your item and you will be treated with respect and understanding.

Sean Dcruz was a true Rockstar when it comes to Diligence, Persistance and Top Shelf Customer Service….. he went out of his way to work late into the night and over the weekend to try to find my discontinued part.He even made over 60 phone calls to local dealerships and salvage yards to try to help me.However with his perseverance and determination after searching for me he finally came up with an ingenious way to find and locate the part for me, when so, so many others…. A word of advice get pics of your part l bought a hard to find transmission for a 1988 dodge raider the transmission arrived with striped fill and drain plugs bent and rusted inspection plates l had to take the parts off my old transmission l was told the transmission l bought was ready to put in it was not!!

Sean helped me locate a 1976 C 10 steering column for a father and son restoration project. Sean immediately contacted me after i submitted my request (it was almost 9 PM, so I was shocked!) Sean found a column while we were on the phone and sent a picture. I told him what I needed it to be and he said he would contact me when he got the details. I was contacted a day later with a quote and the deal was set. I was apprehensive because it seemed “to easy” but Sean assured me if it did not meet my expectations I could return it for a complete refund. The column arrived and it was not the exact column that had been advertised and I was worried. I contacted Sean directly and explain my concerns. The column would fit my truck project but would need some extra work because it was a later model. Sean contacted the supplier and they negotiated a new price for me that made it cost effective and fair for all. Thought I was going to have trouble but Sean was there every step of the way insuring me I would be satisfied. I am sold on Citi Auto Parts and I will be using them again as we move forward with our project. It saved me a lot of time finding exactly what I needed at a price that was better than using LMC or Brothers!
You guys are awesome..Very quick response, I have never seen such a service, my shipment was delayed because of my address, but you ensured things were taken care of and my tranny was was delivered smoothly.
They sold me a bad engine and then would not warranty. I was told 180 days. What a joke and waste of 1k.
Brought a used rim from them for my bmw 2012 750li xdrive,it was in good decent shape,few scratches,but I was satisfied, was tired of riding around on a cracked rim.i would do business with them again.

These guys are a joke. Sent me a block (not the one I ordered) and it was junk! Pistons rusted to the block, full of rust. Then offer to refund PART of my money. Good luck if you decide to buy anything from them. You have been warned.
