I would like to give no stars. Tic tok is promoting this site and it's fake. I was charged and never received the product and also never got a response to many many emails I've sent. I ordered this in December before Christmas it now the middle of April. Do better
The company, trash, do not order. I do not know how they do it, but they told me my package was delivered, I called the shipping company and it was delivered to another name and address. I went to PayPal and they turned around and showed PayPal that they resent the product and Paypal denied my request for a refund, I chat with the second delivery company, and the same thing, delivered to someone else at a different address. Scam artist.
I ordered a dome light Sept.27,2020 and they never sent it.Someone was emailing back making up lies saying its on the way but it never came.Do anyone know how I can get my money back?They are scamming people in a pandemic they are the lowest of low life people.
So bad! I also didn’t look at reviews OUTSIDE of the fake ones on cinemanias website. They somehow have all 5s out of 100 reviews. I tried to write a review and it has yet to show up.I ordered in December (12/24) it’s not feb 2/28 and I never received a “shipping now” email. When I wrote them, they said they shipped it and it was delivered. It def was not! when I asked them for the shipping info I never got a response. Over and over em ignored emails. So I thought ok cool PayPal. I’ll dispute it there. Somehow PayPal is siding with them... efficient scam! Don’t do it!I’m contacting better business bureaus and disputing it from my credit card. such a mess.
I believe this is a sham company. I ordered a projector, stand, and screen for $198.90 without looking at these reviews first. Right now I am disputing the charge with the credit card company; getting a new card; turning in the company to the police and Better Business Bureau. I hope no one else tries to order from this company.
This website is a scam. I ordered my projecter June 3 2020 and now it January 24 2021 and I still haven’t received it. This website is a scam. I emailed so many times and nothing just a person claiming to be Sophia. Not useful. Liar don’t know why the website hasn’t been shut down
By far the worst company I’ve ever dealt with they don’t even deserve a star! It’s been 5 months and I’ve never received my projectorA lady named Sophie emailed and saidIt was shipped out and sent me a fake tracking number then i emailed and confronted her about it then she said “oh it’sLost in transit” a few weeks later i emailed again and she said “send me the exactItem u ordered and we will send it out” my son picked this out as a gift and they’re lying about everything my son checks the mail daily waiting for this! This place is a scam!!!! Do not purchase ANYTHING from them trust me!!!!! All frauds!!!!!!
Cinemania is a fraud company. They don't deliver your order and when you try to contact them, they just send an auto-mail to your mail address. Do not buy anything from this website is minesuggestion. I order a project which I didn't get, just an auto mail always when I tried to contact them.
We ordered a projector in July. It is November. They sent us a tiny tripod by mistake in August. I emailed them. They said it was a free gift. I asked for the projector. They said to wait.I kept emailing. Finally they said that the tripod was a mistake, and they would not refund my money until I sent them the tripod back, and they would reimburse me the shipping. I sent it. They never reimbursed me shipping, nor reimbursed me for the item, nor sent me the projector. It is now November and they stopped answering my emails.
Not even worth 1 star! Honestly please don't buy from them! THIS IS A SCAM. Not worth the trouble.We are currently trying to get our money back from Paypal.
This company is a scam! I ordered a cinemania projector months and months ago and not only was it never delivered but they refuse to tell me anything about my order or to give me my money back. Now I am filing a dispute with pay pal over it. They don't even have a phone number to call to talk to anyone at this "company" and each email says the same thing that my order is on its way yet that is a lie because they can't even provide a tracking number. These people are criminals.
I actually don’t even give them 1 Star it just wouldn’t let me type without doing it. I ordered a star projectors from an instagram link in September, it says it was supposed to be here in 7-10 days... WRONG! After many emails and escalating it on PayPal I received a broken piece of something that didn’t even resemble what I ordered. They offered a refund that I would get when they received the item. The address was in Thailand, so it would be $15. I paid $29 already! Funny thing is it came in this tiny package and the sending address was from someone named Tommy in California!!!! So I don’t even think this is a real company!!!!! It is a SCAM!!!!
Do not buy. Waste of time and money. I purchased a stand and projector in June its now November. When i ask about it they said it was delivered. I point out it was a stand and. not a projector. Response was the gift was sent separate. When asked how a product i purchased was considered a gift back and forth round and round. Then when asked to speak to a manager cuz i wanted a refund. No response. I just want my full refund at this point. There's no return address and can't guarantee a refund
I bought a projector in July. It'll be November soon, I still haven't received the projector. I emailed them telling them I want a refund, to cancel my order. They immediately emailed back saying that I'll be getting tracking info soon. Why would they ship the item if I'm requesting to cancel it? I specifically requested to cancel the order. Not to ship it and send me a tracking number. This company is legit shady. They have almost 4 months to ship my item. They're only now going to ship it just because I am contacting them about wanting a refund. Please save your money. They insist that I pay for the shipping back to their company. They (Sophia) said they're deducting it from the amount of purchase. Please do yourself a favor and do not give your business to this company. I still haven't gotten anything going on 4 months. This is unacceptable, this company should be ashamed of themselves. I can only imagine the type of people who run this company.
Ordered Sept 5, hasn’t came in by Oct 19. RARELY ever responded to emails, their responses did NOT help at all as well. Told me to wait, sent invalid/fake info, or just didn’t respond. Tracking number was invalid.
I ordered this product in June I have never received it. The same thing happened to me as what happened to others. They sent me a $2 piece of crap and told me to return it for a refund. Not dealing with them anymore I sent them an email every day to remind them what a scam artist they are do not buy this product tell everyone you know do not buy this product. I have reported them to every social media I can including Better Business Bureau. Do not buy do not buy do not buy
scam! Don’t order 6 months later and they did not sent out my order. They claim to have sent a wrong item. (Cheap stand for the projector) and they are asking me to return that in order for me to get a refund!! I don’t trust them. I asked them to refund me first and then I’ll send there item. I don’t need it anyways! It’s been months back and forth. They are a scam!!! I’m trying to do more research so that I can find a way to help others not get scammed by this company!! STAY AWAY it is a SCAM!
UPDATE: Finally received my item and it is NOT as described. Paid $29 and was suppose to be a 3D projector that works on WIFI with rechargeable batter and dances to music. What I received was a 30 cent piece of plastic that plugs into a USB port and only works when plugged in. Totally false advertising. Wish I could post pictures. :(I placed an order on Aug. 18 and still have not received my item or a tracking number. The website advertises that the product is shipped in 1-3 days after placing the order and delivered 7-21 business days afterwards. I have corresponded with them a few times and asked for the tracking information and always get the same answer. "wait a few more days". I've asked for a refund, but they refused saying the item has already shipped. (yet they can't give me a tracking number??). Will probably have to do a chargeback to get my money back.
