Daily Bugle order and I am super happy !
I just finished building my first set from this wonderful site. My order took 60 days to arrive by ship to Greece and the package came damaged but they do they best to send the package as soon as possible and well protected. I strongly recommend this seller , made my dream come true (daily bugle) with great price !

Great and affordable perk that is worth it if you're an addicted LEPIN purchaser like me! Good price, good value. Deliverd as promised.
Delivered according to plan, all bits and pieces there and more to spare! My package was sent by boat and I was sent a tracking number that even showed me the boats name so I followed it by shiptrackers online until it finally ended up in Netherlands then delivered to Sweden by trucks. I bought a big set (MK 17007) and I appreciate the option sea shipping instead of express air.

Golden standard for building blocks retailers
I'm really impressed that ChowBrick is able to combine both great price, especially for more expensive sets, in comparison to other retailers and deliver it to your doors in original box. The packaging is top tier, with plastic corners and A LOT of tape to properly secure it.I like when the price in the basket is showing exactly how much I'll need to pay. No additional fees, taxes or customs. Every price is final after providing delivery address in the basket. Some stores show great promotions but when checking out it can even double, but not in ChowBrick.I'm also glad that delivery dates are more or less accurate and transparent. They are not hiding that something will be shipped in two months or an item is not available. You can often even preorder it, sometimes with a small price cut.A room for improvement would be more accurate prices when browsing, as they sometimes change when providing address by up to $5. They are not always additional costs, sometimes the price decreases (!). But it would be nice to see it before adding it to the basket, especially for smaller sets that can have higher default price when compared to other retailers, but in the basket they are reduced and being cheaper or with similar price as the competition (and with a box!).Another thing on my wishlist would be having some sets in a bundles, or somehow "create your own box" kind of thing where you can select bunch of smaller sets into a bigger box to save on shipping and get a nice price cut, as smaller sets can be a bit expensive in comparison.In general I've bought some sets in the past from different retailers and without a doubt ChowBrick is the best experience I've had: prices, original packaging, transparent costs, fast and helpful support. Highly recommend and I'll definitely buy more in the future.Currently waiting for a certain falcon, shipped far far away :)

Order (number???? - i lost count) arrived today. As usual well packed with bubble wrap and reinforced corners. Good and fast reply customer service. Best prices and fast shipping. By sea it takes two months, be aware of that. By air it s just about two weeks. Sets are shipped with Original Box. I don't buy anywhere else.

Long Time Repeat Customer, Can't Be Beaten
I've bought multiple sets from ChowBrick over the last year and a half, and I could not report a better experience. First, you can't beat the price. Sets that would cost an arm and a leg from the name brand cost half or even a fifth here. Cinderella's Castle or Rivendell for $100? Yes, please. Their flash sales on top of this dip into “I can hardly believe it’s real” territory–but they deliver every time. I have several ~3,000 piece sets that each cost $30.To be clear, these sets are not by the big name brand you all know, but rather from other brick toy creators. ChowBrick is entirely clear about that. If the name brand matters to you for its own sake, ChowBrick is not your store. But if quality matters to you, ChowBrick is great. Every set I've gotten from them has had pieces and instructions on par with the big brand.Some sets are basically identical to big brand options, whereas others are original creations that you otherwise won’t easily find. I have a massive frost dragon that would eat the red dragon from the D&D set for supper, and I just ordered a 6,000+ piece set of the main ship from The Expanse for $143 (which will be my largest and most expensive set I’ve gotten). Shipping is included in the price and usually only takes a few weeks, which is quick from overseas. Note that sometimes when they offer a large and heavy set dirt cheap, they use slower shipping, which the listing will generally mention in bright red letters. If you’re shopping for a holiday or birthday, make sure you’ve ordered ahead of time. They are very good about tracking and shipping, but you cannot just teleport things from China to the U.S.A.Customer service is excellent. One time I received a large set that was missing a bag. I didn’t realize it was missing until months after the purchase, because I didn’t build it right away. I wrote to customer service with pictures of the instruction manual with circles around all the pieces from the missing bag. ChowBrick replaced the entire set for free. They didn’t give me a hassle or go into a long exchange.ChowBrick became a distinct storefront for brick sets in mid 2024, but I’ve been buying brick sets from this company since summer 2023, and have gotten other toys from them since 2021. So ChowBrick might seem like a new site, but actually it’s just a differentiated storefront for a subset of products that got popular from an established business. ShowZStore and Gundamit, their other storefronts linked to from ChowBrick, have the same service and are equally good (if you want other kinds of toys).All in all, one of my favorite places to buy from, and I’m only sad that I probably don’t have room for any more sets!

One of my favorite stores for alt bricks
I've bought here multiple times already and the orders have always been perfect. Delivery on time and we'll protected packaging. Most of the sets come in their original box but are still priced competitively against other stores who only ship in bubble mailer. I've also requested to buy specific sets and they were able to arrange them for me. 5 stars customer service.Overall one of the best stores in my experience.

Trustworthy alt brick site with quick responses
I have ordered 3 sets over the last few months and chowbrick does not disappoint. Most recently I ordered a huge 8000+ piece castle set. The pricing including shipping was very reasonable and shipping was quick. The packaging is always incredible, the box was durable with corner protection and covered in a bag to protect from the elements.Chowbrick reps are always very quick to respond as well to any questions. Very reliable website that I would not hesitate to order from again.

Awesome site! Found out that showzstore had a sister site about... bricks! It's a great way to purchase alternative Lego brands. Contacted the customer service different times and got a quick response! For EU shipping it's 90% of the times free. There is also a loyalty point system for discount ls. Can't recommend enough.

Highly recommended after over 60 orders
I’ve purchased from Chowbrick over 60 times, and every single experience was great. Air shipping is really fast and you can also get larger sets via sea shipping which takes a bit more time. However, you can get a large selection of sets and also large sets very cheaply. If you have any questions you will always get an answer within a day at the latest. You can ask questions directly on the site or via discord. The support is very nice. After more than 60 orders, I have never had any problems with Chowbrick and I will continue to shop there. If you want to buy cheap building block sets, Chowbrick is certainly the best shop.
