Great experience in ordering stair treads
I have ordered twice from cheap stair parts. First order was delivered very fast, within a few days and items were of great quality. Second order I made a mistake in the items purchases and I contacted supported and they refunded it no questions.Will be ordering from them again.

This is a great company that provides quality materials with exceptional service. I called them after placing my first order and then receiving my shipment with missing items. Sheryl took my calls both times, and she was very kind and helpful. She did the necessary follow-up, allowing me to receive the missing parts of the shipment the following day. I highly recommend Cheapstairparts.com without hesitation!

Backordered? Lost? Who knows. . .
Ordered baluster shoes 2/16/23. I was notified 2/17 that they were on backorder until end of month. I agreed to wait. Company processed my payment and created shipping label on 2/20. FedEx never received the item to ship. Reached back out on 3/6 to ask for order update. Company claimed FedEx lost it (even though the FedEx never even received it to ship out). Company then said the item might ship out by end of March.I don't mind waiting, but I do want to deal with an honest company who acknowledges their errors and has good communication. This company has neither. I would not recommend.

Very Happy - Will Use Again
Wow! I'm so impressed with Cheap Stair Parts! I placed my order on Wednesday and received on Friday. They had the best pricing on the iron balusters I wanted and they look great! Shipping was a little high, but considering how much I saved vs their competitors, it was completely worth it!

Great customer service
The first shipment arrived in terrible condition. Multiple pieces were damaged. The company was quick to replace them without any fuss and didn’t even ask for the damaged pieces back.

Exceptional service and product
The team at Cheap Stair Parts has been exceptional from my first contact (yes, they picked up the phone) to shipping. I particularly think it was remarkable that Christina recognized my name/inquiry from weeks before when I spoke to her, especially because I initially talked to her colleague, Sheryl. The items we received look great and they are the way it was pictured and described online. We are installing items from the Harmony collection, which is a great transitional and elegant look.

I entered the wrong quantity for my online order but customer service took my call and fixed the problem right there. They refunded extra costs since my quantity changed and input the desired shipping date. Everything was very smooth.

The incorrect railing profile was shipped to me. I contacted Customer Support and within a few minutes got concurrence the wrong part was sent, and a new order placed. I received shipping information a few hours later and was delighted and surprised when the correct railing was delivered on Sunday, 2 days after contacting Customer Service. Wow

Customer service was fantastic…condition of posts damaged.
Customer service was fantastic. However 2 of the posts were damaged. Not sure if they were dropped at place of purchase or during shipping - thus reason for the 4 stars. The balusters and posts are beautiful and well made.

Iron baluster had paint defects
Iron baluster had paint defects. Angled base shoes on previous order are garbage. Set screws were poorly machined and did not fit either metric or imperial Allen wrench. Return policy (have to pay for shipping)compromises any credit benefit to return product. I will not recommend your business to anyoneResponse: your remarks are infuriating and simply confirms we all are better off dealing with local distributors. Your return policy is emphatically limited NO RETURNS ACCEPTED AFTER 30 DAYS. YOU MUST PAY FOR RETURN SHIPPING. ALL DEFECTS MUST BE NOTED WITHIN 2DAYS OF ACCEPTANCE OF PARTS. My first delivery sat for 4-5 weeks before I had a chance to open the package and apply the product. So I lost out on the window to resolve the issue PER YOUR POLICY. Jeez, just take L and move on. You are just digging the hole deeperSecond response: to reference the Nov 15 transaction only is a huge misrepresentation. There is a September 2 transaction for $159.94 you are failing to acknowledge. We are well outside the 30 day window I don’t want replacements. I bought better quality trim from Dillman & Upton in Rochester MI and the job is done. It’s your prerogative to remain in denial. You voluntarily asked for my feedback and I gave it to you. Enough already. Just stop.
