This is the best technical service session I have ever had with a software vendor. John was extremely talented and knowledgeable about my issues with their software. Turned out it was a new security program on HP computers called Wolf that was the problem. He spent a very lengthy amount of time with me and resolved the issue. Also, I have used a few different check printing software programs and MultiChax is by far the best and easiest to use!

Chax Support is the absolute best #1
The people at Chax went above and beyond for us. John in tech support and his programming people took a file that we were unable to upgrade to our newest version of CHAX and managed to get it recovered and updated so we could just copy it into the new version and have all our transaction history moving forward. We were resigned to moving on without it and now we have it all recovered and installed in our new Chax version 10. I cannot say enough about how wonderful and pleasant the people are to deal with and even more without me even asking John took the initiative to ask his people to help solve our problem. They have a always been helpful but this was above and beyond. Cannot recommend them and John enough.

Awesome Support Personnel …
I have just had wonderful help from Vanessa this morning. My laptop died and I needed to print company checks. I had to transfer my Multichax to a new computer, which I did after Vanessa sent me my account information, but I still had trouble with my printer. She came online this morning at 7:00 am, her time, and has me back up and printing! I am a happy Multichax customer! Your Support People are awesome!! Five stars for Vanessa!!!👏👏👏

John Cinco and the Chax support team…
John Cinco and the Chax support team has been fantastic to work with. My computer recently suffered a reboot and several programs stopped working properly. The Chax support team was able to call and remote in to my computer to fix the problem quickly and provided information as to what they were doing along the way.

I think I made a BAD mistake buying this. I had another system that was less than HALF the price, EASY to use, etc. Paid $200 may just have to take the loss. One thing I could not find---INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW TO SET IT UP. You hit setup it takes to you GARBAGE and you have NO IDEA WHAT THE HELL THEY ARE TALKING ABOUT>
