Cancelled my testing and never gave me a refund
I scheduled a covid test and after waiting for thirty minutes beyond my scheduled appointment time, I reached out to the scheduler who advised me that they cancelled my test and should be receiving a refund. We are now about a week later and I still dont have my refund.

I booked My appointment a week out. I got A text 2 hours before the time of my appointment the day of testing with a cancellation. No explanation and no rescheduling. Very unprofessional and very disappointed. Would not recommend this service.

Nurse did not show up
Nurse did not show up. I emailed after waiting 20 minutes and they told me they had texted me yesterday morning cancelling due to updated regulations preventing in home testing. I didn't receive any text, very unprofessional and very disappointing.
