Superior Service During a Difficult Time
After having ordered from another site and not being able to get a confirmed delivery, I reached out to Casket Depot. From the moment I called and spoke to Lorie, she guided me through the process with ease. She went above and beyond to ensure that we would have a guaranteed delivery and even changed couriers when she thought there would be an issue. The Urn arrived and was even more beautiful than I expected. Thank You for taking the time and your emphathy.

Smartass casket
Their casket is super comfortable I really like the padding inside and I adore the color. You know spending 10 years in there isn't the best thing but your casket made it better and thank you. I got a little bored waiting to get unburried and I had nun to do in that smartass casket so please please next time put sum like a game in. Talking on behalf of all the people from the dead.

Thank you for everything. So easy to order, seamless, on-time delivery. The casket was nice, just a slight barely noticeable flaw. Certainly well worth the extra effort as same casket cost twice as much at funeral home.
