I love this casino platform

Casiny is an awesome Casino.Their withdrawal via Bank Transfer is lightning quick. I won several times at Casiny and withdrawal was never a problem. I enjoyed playing at Casiny. The website is user-friendly so it is easy to navigate. I would play on Casiny nearly everytime I got the chance. I only stopped playing there because everytime I asked for free spins they would tell me I am not eligible or there isn't a bonus in my account. This is despite having deposited numerous times. Frustrating & Disappointing!!
It was a good site to begin with, fast withdraws and very easy. But as soon as I won something big. There was delay after delay, same thing over again. I then got told to cancel my withdraw as the amount was too big, and was only allowed to withdraw a certain amount this month. However, the withdraw amount is still pending and I’ve been following up getting the same answers (that they will make it a priority, and take it up with managment) but I’m still waiting. I’m having to follow up 3/4 times a day. Very disappointing. This site is happy to take your money, then as soon as you win something huge it becomes a mission to withdraw.

Taking the weekend into consideration, that's a 3 business day turn over. My calculations are,1st business day activates withdrawal from Casiny including processing to the same account as my deposit. 2nd business day my bank received the transaction and processed payment. 3rd business day 10am my bank initiates payment. 10.01am withdrawal complete. (To be fair after a little back and forth it has arrived to my account within a day, therefore I’ll change my review)I have been having issues for over two days regarding my withdrawal. It is not even a big amount. I have been left extremely frustrated by the lack of support received during this process. I have tried on multiple occasions to withdraw some funds. My transfers kept bouncing back to my Casiny account.I contacted live support. I was told there was a system error regarding withdrawals. This has been for 2 days. I have been given no roadmap, no help. All I receive is generic answers. I followed up by email, the same scenario, robotic copy and paste reply’s, 0 help. It is not even a big amount, it is just the principle of it at this stage. I would like this issue resolved as I have had it. I am an avid player and when I do on the off chance win, I would at least like to get my cash. (To be fair after a little back and forth it has arrived to my account within a day, therefore I’ll change my review)

I am new here and have already deposited a lot of money. I finally had a big win 4 days ago and I am still waiting for my withdrawal. They asked for additional KYC information which is understandable as all casinos do! I waited another 24 hours just for them to look at my verification and they told me I was missing 1 more piece of information so I uploaded it. Now I’m still waiting…. There withdrawl policy says UPTO 9 hours which is why I started playing here because it seemed like they do fast withdrawls. It’s annoying how they take so long to verify accounts yet you can deposit no problems without verifying your account. I contacted live support and they keep saying the same thing “we have expedited your request” but I know they haven’t. I will keep yous updated and change my review to 5 stars once they approve my withdrawl but so far it’s a good site to play, very clean and nice wins. Have enjoyed all the games I have played. Small amounts were paid out within a hour, then I hit $400, $400, and a $1652. Took 4 days back and forth with customer support to finally get verified. Then told will be escalated to finance team and will hear back with a email from finance when it will be paid. But yet nothing. Little disappointing to have this happen as the casino is really fun. Hopefully they can fix this up asap and I will continue to play their games
