Carters Chemist Pinner Outstanding Staff - 5 Star Service and care!
My 8-year-old came down with a throat infection over the Christmas holidays, so we visited our family GP. We saw the doctor at 5:35 pm on Friday, January 2nd, and by 5:50 pm Carters had received the request for antibiotics. I called to ask if they could dispense the medication and let them know I’d collect it before their 6 pm closing. The staff were incredible, keeping the doors open until I arrived. While most businesses would be winding down for the day, the team at Carters went above and beyond to process the request, and I can’t thank them enough.
