Don't recommend this company!
I have been a long time follower of this company and drooled over the rings for 5+ years. My sweet boyfriend proposed to me last year with one of their engagement rings and it was GORGEOUS. I can confidently say it was nothing short of perfect (at the time). Fast forward to about 10 months later and I notice the "antique" is noticeably wearing off around the diamond and my wedding is coming up. I contact them and they assure me they will fix it for a $75 fee to which I agree - I receive it back in about a month and it is NOT fixed. I contact them again and am told that they can fix it *for another fee* to which I admit is absurd & then am told they would just do it free. The only response or solution they could give was that the antique will wear off quicker with "everyday wear" & requires 6mo-1year maintenance/antiquing. Not to mention each response I received was very obviously AI generated. The customer service for products that cost as much as these rings do was beyond disappointing and a simple warning on the website would have solved this problem for myself and many others. I know I am not the only one who has had this issue after doing some research.

While I was deployed, I reached out to Carroll Spur Co with the hope of getting a ring to my girlfriend in time for Christmas. Not only did Mehgan make specific arrangements for it to be delivered on Christmas Eve, but she also wrapped it in wrapping paper for me and included a handwritten card for both of us. That simple gesture meant the world to me. Being so far from home during the holidays is incredibly hard, but in that moment I was able to feel closer to her and to home than I thought possible. It’s a kindness I’ll never forget. We can’t thank you enough!

5 years ago we reached out to Mehgan and Dustin for a custom ring. To this day my ring is still in perfect condition and an absolute attention getter. We have ordered from them a total of 3 times! I was deployed and wanted to surprise my husband with a matching band that has his cattle brand that is also on my ring, they came through. Not only were they supportive and loving they made him a show stopping band. I have had probably 20 people ask where my ring was made and how they could order one because of its beauty and durability. I am an aircraft mechanic, cowboy wife and a mama. This ring has NEVER faltered. It’s just as beautiful as the day I received it. If you’re on the fence about ordering for Carroll Spur Coffee, this is your sign to not hesitate.

Buyer beware if you’re looking for an antiqued custom ring from them
Unfortunately our experience with this company was less than joyful. Numerous delays, poor communication, then 3 custom rings that the patina wouldn’t stay on that were bought a year separate from each other, wrong sizing 3 times. After contacting 3 local jewelers, they confirmed the stain used is only for sterling silver and not white gold (which our rings were made out of). The stones fell out of my wedding band after one week. Eventually I reconnected with the company through a tiktok comment that I was sad the patina didn’t stay. I never asked them to repair and I had never left a bad review. Meghan made a divisive effort to pretend to want to fix them, then blocked me on social media after admitting she had poor communication. Prior to blocking me her suggestion was we sell our custom rings for their price in gold (even though I told her we loved the custom part, just didn’t appreciate that the patina we were sold on didn’t stay) and go with another silversmith. A year after our wedding. I have screenshots of the entire conversations with time and date stamps you can find on Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok. Feel free to browse the facts for yourself. Needless to say we paid thousands for custom rings that were not what they promised and their customer service, in the end, left us shocked and not in a good way. Prior to ordering I did have some concerns that they didn’t have a google listing and had reviews turned off on their Facebook. I see many of the people who praised their antiqued custom rings on Facebook two years ago when I did my research have now removed their posts. Now I know why.

I am in awe of this company! It started with me seeing their spurs and when I discovered they did weddings I knew this was exactly what I wanted. Well fast forward and friends of mine are asking me what my dream wedding ring would be... my husband planned the most amazing SURPRISE wedding in Aruba with the help of our parents and 20 family members. I literally walked into my parents suite to a roomful of 7 wedding dresses. My identical twin sister went to all the fittings to make sure they fit perfect! Lol! I literally could not make this up if I tried! Needless to say when he slipped that ring on my finger I about fell over. It was everything I ever imagined plus more. So detailed and unique and a true work of art. We have 3 little girls ages 5, 5, and 4 and they got to see what a true Prince Charming was that day.
