Peter was unbelievably helpful. I wanted out of my lease and had negative equity. He was able to get me out and in the car I wanted. Nothing short of a miracle. 10 of 10 highly recommend.

Happy picky client
I was a picky customer and wasn’t sure what I wanted and what was the best option for me. Car Pilot and their team are so patient and knowledgeable they took it into their control to guide me and provide me with options that would best fit my lifestyle, needs and current financial situation. I can’t thank them enough for their top notch service ! I got out of my current lease and into a new lease, fast and stress free. Highly recommend

I highly recommend Car Pilot. They have helped me multiple times. When I was moving needed to terminate my lease. They walked me through the process, within 5 days it was all done fast and easy. Saving me an extra payment to make on my current lease. When I moved they helped me with a new car lease as well. Getting back to me super fast and with great prices! Car Pilot is the 1 to go with ! They have the most options to choose from . They cater to your needs. I terminated my lease because I wasn’t happy with the car I had, they found my new car. Found me a new lease, and the payment were surprisingly even lower then I was currently paying ! I was one happy customer ! I refer them to everyone ! Thank you for your amazing service and professionalism. 5 stars for sure !

I have used Car Pilot on many different occasions. They terminated my lease. They helped me refinance my daughters car and they have sold me my beautiful preowned Range Rover. I couldn’t ask for a more reliable and trusted company to work with. Car Pilot stand out from the other companies I called because they seem to customize each case on itsOwn as it should be. I had credit issues , some loan hiccups, and was nervous about my options. The team at Car Pilot put all those concerns to rest, by walking me through the process and offering all the options that would apply to me. They helped me with the financing as well. I needed to get out of my lease asap because I no longer needed such an expensive payment for a car I no longer needed when getting a new job. Car Pilot customer care is so next level. They not only helped in buying out my lease, they helped me walk away in a great car and at a great price! So easy and stress free! Couldn’t ask for better service and more from them! Would like to say thank you to Car Pilot! As a New Yorker I would say I was very skeptical with the idea. But it was a great seamless transaction. Started with many questions that were answered at any time and smoothly finished and felt fully in good hands. Everyone eased my skepticism and all paperwork was signed within 3 days and check was handed over to me at the time of pick up of my car. Would highly recommend. They committed a great price for my car and stuck to it while making me feel secure and gained my trust! Probably the best out there ! Highly recommend.

Working with Car Pilot was easy and Efficient. The representatives are friendly and customer service is wonderful. There was no nonsense interaction and they walked me Through the process from start to finish. I was nervous and unaware of anything until they took the time to educate me. They bought out my lease, helped me get into a more affordable car and really helped me resolve my personal hardship I was going through at the time. Very good service
I thought it was going to be impossible to get a car loan to pay off my lease and that I was going to have to give it up and I decided to give Car Pilot a chance to play with my options. To my surprise they found a bank that agreed to give me the loan and everything was fast and efficient, My situation required a lot of time and attention and I got it all and more! This was the fasten
This was the fastest, easiest and stress free way to buy out my lease. It literally took less than 30 minutes to have it all completed. I did not even realize this was an option until Car Pilot was recommend by a friend, I was curious to see more. I was not looking forward to having to go into a dealership to try and buy out my lease, because I know they would probably try to sell me a new car and definitely not be quick and efficient. They also would through all those hidden fees and cost dealership aren’t always honest about. I am beyond pleased with Car Pilot’s services and how easy it was to get this checked off of my "to do" list. Thank you Car Pilot, I highly recommend.
