No customer service
Received the wrong seeds, wrote to them right away and got an answer within hours, followed up 3 times and it’s been radio silence. Very unimpressed.

I placed an order on sept 18. On sept 26 finally received tracking number. Thats where it sat, tracking just said electronic info was submitted. On oct 14 i still had not received the package. I emailed the company, then after another 2 weeks with no response to my email, i used the form on their website to try and communicate with them. No response. I then placed a claim with my credit card company. Today the company has finally emailed me to accuse me of placing a false claim with my credit card company. Tracking now shows that canada post has finally picked up the item on oct 29 and its en route. Six weeks after i placed the order and interestingly right when i received my charge back. I do not have any faith in this company, communication is horrible.
They seem to offer an amazing product. I'm excited to see the flowers bloom.The original order took almost a month to receive, and it was missing items when I received it (two packages of seeds). I emailed them regarding the missing items and didn't hear back after a week, so I emailed through their contact form on their website and got a response about a day or so later saying they would mail it out that day. Great! That was a month ago, now. I emailed them last week to follow up on the items and they haven't emailed me back. I just emailed them again, through their contact form on their website, again. Fingers crossed I hear back from them. I don't know if I'll ever receive the missing items but either way, I'll never buy from them again - I'm not big on supporting companies who don't provide support to or communicate with their customers. It's just not a good business practice.
The site looked wonderful so I ordered 56 dollars worth of seeds on the 5th April 2020. It's now the 25th April and I've not received anything. I was sent an email saying they were refunding some money, about 3 dollars, but I don't know on which seed and I've not even received my order yet and it's been 3 weeks. Next week will be one month. I'm not happy with the lack of communication between the Caribou customer service department as I've received no answers. I had high hope's and was excited, but unfortunately I feel frustrated. Simple communication would have been nice to inform me what was going on, but they aren't even doing that. Not even sure if I'll get my seeds but I know I won't be buying from them again. Saddened ☹
