Really poor communication and customer service. This awful company even texted the birthday girl that her plant was ordered when it was a 50th birthday surprise gift. Completely useless and best avoided.
Despite my being very clear about my delivery address for an anniversary gift on both PayPal and the Willows Living Gifts (same seller, different page) site, the package was sent to my address & not to the intended recipient. I had followed up the invoice (where the recipient address was wrong) to correct the mistake at the seller end. I sent 4 emails, tried to call several times & left messages on twitter & Facebook but the company was totally unresponsive. As a result of this, I missed my folks’ anniversary and couldn’t even return the rose I had ordered. In the end I had to pay an additional £10 to post on the present as it became obvious the company had simply vanished. Not impressed. Their customer service is literally nonexistent.
