Our experience with Capell has been excellent. Our salesperson, Meiken, was very personable and took the time to answer all our questions. We never felt rushed. Justin measured the area where our flooring was to be installed. He was also very personable, answered all our questions, and provided helpful advice for reinstalling the closet runner since I was doing that myself. The installers were also very professional and efficient. This is a great company to work with.

We had an excellent experience with Capell Flooring and highly recommend them. We had our carpet taken out and replaced with wood flooring. The installer, Paul, was very attentive to detail and getting the color exactly as we wanted it. They prepped the area perfectly so there was little dust and left our house very clean. Larry, our Capell representative, kept us informed of every detail along the way. Customer service was the best we’ve ever had!

From start to finish our Experience at Capell Flooring was simply WONDERFUL! Mieken, at the showroom, went out of her way to find and match a color of carpet that we had seen at a big box store. The contractors who installed the carpet were a father and son team who worked well together and were extremely professional. Mieken even had a list of movers that we could hire separately who came in before and after the carpet was installed. The movers and installers worked well together. The results...BEAUTIFUL!!!

Wonderful Work!
Wow! My husband and I are so impressed with the quality of workmanship and service we received at Capell Flooring that I had to write about it. We saved for a long time to put carpet throughout our upstairs, stairs, and in one downstairs bedroom. I wanted a bold carpet on the stairs that differed from the other carpet. Meiken used her design expertise and helped me pick a carpet that was PERFECT and then showed me how I could make it affordable for our budget. When Barry came to rip out the old and install the new, he was an absolute professional in everything he did. He took extra care to stretch and get the pad and carpet just right. I can't say enough about how positive our experience was with Capell's! And that's why I'm giving them the 5 star rating!!

Great carpet from Capell Flooring and Interiors
We have an older home and have been doing a lot of remodeling which has been financially challenging. We live 5 hours away from Capell Interiors in the town of Clarkston, WA. I called Matt and he met me late on a Friday night as we were driving through Meridian, ID on our way to a family reunion. He listened to what we were looking for and gave us suggestion in our price range and directed us to a carpet we love. Matt got the carpet ordered and we didn't have to worry about anything while we were on vacation. Justin went above and beyond by meeting me on a Saturday afternoon on my way back to Clarkston, WA to pick up the carpet pad and load it into my already full car. Both Matt and Justin were very professional and easy to work with. Capell Interiors had a plethora of carpet choices and Matt did a great job in listening and helping us narrow down the selection to exactly what we wanted. The carpet was installed and it looks great. I highly recommend their services. Thank you guys so much.
