Canvasdiscount was a horrible experience. It took 2 months to get my order. When I finally did receive it.. what was supposed to be my pictures on canvas ended up being my pictures on bad quality paper and looked like they had been cut with a dull pair of scissors. In the process of hopefully getting a refund. Will not be ordering from this company again.
I had a series of prints made on acrylic for a Christmas gift; I felt that the colors didn’t render properly. Customer service contacted me and allowed me to have the items reprinted and they came out looking spectacular! I will absolutely order more prints from them in the future!

I'm so happy with my prints—perfect quality and no damage at all! The website made it super easy to upload and tweak my photos. Definitely recommend to anyone needing prints!
They sent me faulty canvases with excess images and spaces on the top and bottom. They DO NOT HONOR their own refund policy!! They refused returns of the botched items and only offered a 30% discount on my "next" order. Why would I ever order from them again? NEVER!!! No quality control whatsoever
Make sure to check color accuracy on phone maximum brightness! I made a custom design for a blanket, and it looked to have a black background. However the blanket came in very green. Turns out, on the phone it looked significantly greener and more accurate to the outcome blanket. MAKE SURE TO CHECK COLORS with MAXIMUM BRIGHTNESS!!! Otherwise, very nice! I would recommend getting the largest blanket size since honestly it is kind of small even at its largest.My only complaint, or suggestion rather, i'd love if the website itself let its customers know how to check for color accuracy.
A simple soft cover photo book. Ordered almost a month ago. Excuses of weather since then. Now another excuse of weather!. No refund! My event is today, its why I ordered the book!
Started with their website: Signed up for the newsletter promising a FREE canvas as reward. Immediately prompted to sign up for text alerts.Then received this SMS: "CanvasDiscount: Quick reminder - your FREE Canvas Print is waiting! Claim your exclusive gift right here: [link]". Crystal clear promise of FREE canvas print.I ordered under that impression – expecting the freebie included.Immediate reality: No free canvas. Complained instantly via email – they claimed I "didn't follow steps," blamed "automated production" (pre-shipment), refused cancel/refund. Offered only "next order" discount.Their dodges escalated:- Steps not followed, try free canvas on next order.- Wait for delivery, then request refund. Pure stonewalling.This is verbatim what they said, "Please note that you received the instruction to take advantage the FREE canvas offer you received. Regrettably, you did not follow it. Therefore, there is no ground for complaint this case."Tried everything: 5+ emails with SMS screenshot. Asked they honor free item or refund. Ignored every time.I was lured into a purchase via newsletter/SMS false advertising. Would've chosen a legit printer if honest. Save yourself – go with CanvasChamp, Printful, or local printers instead.
Canvases arrived with issues: not stretched well at all,very loose and not looking good,I have to spend time to re due the stretching because I cant show them in this condition.They were thrown in the box without proper protection for each and because of that some pressed against each other...so the canvas is with deformation at some areas because of the corner of frame pushing against it.I also don t like the quality of the canvas material-mix with some nylon;Stretcher bars are very cheap looking ,thin and light and I don t know with the time how they will wrap.Print quality is ok ,acceptable.
A couple of prints were not fabulous {not stretched properly.} But overall I like them.
My canvas pictures were excellent quality and I was blown away by how well my rug turned out! I had 2 custom pillows made and was very disappointed at the quality of them. They felt cheap. Will order pictures and custom rugs again!
It was easy to make the picture fit other places I couldn't figure out. Can't wait to get them

Ordered my print on January 9th and 40 days later still nothing. They don't answer the phone or emails. Don't use them.
If you like your money, don't waste it on this website!!! The products rarely turn out like they're supposed to and the customer service is a joke. You will be run around and teased but you will never get a refund. I couldn't be more disappointed by this company!!!

The canvas prints were far better than I expected based on the low cost. The images were crisp, and the colors were bright. I just beamed when I looked at them. They are absolutely perfect.
